3D Lotto is a game of three digits from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was launched in June 2002 as “Swertres Lotto” and has since become one of the most popular fixed-prize games accross the Philippines. There are three plays in 3D Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play which has a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The chances of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.

How to Play 3D Lotto

3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:

1. Mark a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto play card.
2. If you can’t think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to let the computer generate the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
3. Mark Rambolito if you want the computer to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
4. Choose the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
5. For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
6. Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
7. See the 3D result after the live draw to verify if you matched the winning combination.

Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.

Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.

Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.

Playing 3D Lotto is easy. You can win a First Prize of 4,500.00 for every 12.00 that you play or increase your chances of winning with a Rambolito play.

New Health and Safety Regulations to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto

During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto bettors to abide by the protocol below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.

1. Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be applied in all lotto outlets nationwide.
2. Follow social distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
3. Bring your own pen to lessen the risk of contracting the virus.
4. Put the play slips and money in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to reduce physical contact.
5. Use disinfectants or sanitizers before you leave the lotto outlet.
6. Use the trash bins provided to discard used play slips and/or old lotto tickets.

3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays

PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.

In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.

In Rambolito 3, the player wins PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player receives PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.

If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.

The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your play slip.

In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.

If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 3D Lotto ticket?

3D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be changed. Hence, bettors are advised to check their tickets before leaving the outlet. Players are responsible for verifying the information printed on their 3D Lotto tickets.

Are 3D Lotto and Swertres Lotto the same?

Suertres (Swertres) Lotto has been rebranded as 3D Lotto by PCSO. However, a lot of players still call it ‘Swertres’. Therefore, we still use the name ‘Swertres’ in some of our updates when referring to 3D Lotto.

Can I play the same 3D Lotto combination in advance?

You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry will then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you marked.

For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry shall be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.

Who are permitted to play 3D Lotto?

PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place owing to the on-going COVID-19 epidemic.

To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.

Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the betting public against buying lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO confirms it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
