How to Play 3D Lotto
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. Here’s the complete instruction for playing this popular digit game:
- Select your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the terminal to automatically generate the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Select the bet amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the teller and get your generated 3D ticket.
- View the 3D result after the scheduled draw to know if you win a prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. If the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). In case the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
New Health and Safety Guidelines to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be followed by 3D Lotto bettors nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to place 3D Lotto bets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to minimize physical contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away used bet slips or non-winning tickets in the trash cans.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player wins PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor takes home PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Can I get a refund for the 3D Lotto ticket that I bought?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket once it is processed by the system. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to verify all the numbers and options you chose before you give the play slip to the cashier.
How do I choose Lucky Pick?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically pick the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against purchasing lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency confirms it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto operation starting August 4, 2020.
