How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the PCSO 3D Lotto:
- Select three (3) digits that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can choose from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system randomly pick the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play if you want the system to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
- Pick the play amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your bet slip and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is printed.
- After the draw, access the 3D result to verify if you win the prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Please remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number
Additional Rules to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following rules in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be applied at all lotto outlets in the country.
- Observe social distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Use your own pen to reduce the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Put the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to reduce physical contact.
- Use sanitizers or disinfectants before you leave the outlet.
- Use the trash cans provided to throw away used play slips and/or non-winning tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
3D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 3D Lotto, getting all three (3) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.
Playing via the Rambolito wins you prizes of PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 3D Lotto?

I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is printed by the system. Bettors have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you marked before you submit the bet slip to the cashier.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be part of PCSO and luring them to buy lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
