How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed steps when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Select your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the system to randomly generate the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Choose the play amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the cashier and get your generated 3D Lotto ticket.
- View the 3D result after the scheduled draw to see if you win a prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket has to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.

During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto bettors to abide by the protocol below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How many 3D Lotto draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination shall then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
How much do I win if I match all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you marked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play if your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is processed by the computer. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you selected before you submit the bet card to the teller.
How do I play Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variant that lets its players win prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you choose a number combination consisting of three different digits (e.g. 5-8-6), creating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D results match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize worth PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you select a number combination consisting of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 8-6-6), creating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto play card.
