3D Lotto is a game of three digits from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was introduced in June 2002 as “Swertres Lotto” and has since become one of the most popular fixed payout lotteries in the Philippines. There are three plays in 3D Lotto. These are the Straight Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play which has a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The chances of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
PCSO holds live Swertres 3D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day except when a prior official announcement is made. Suspension of draws generally takes place during major public holidays.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. Here’s the step-by-step instruction for playing this popular digit game:
- Mark three (3) digits that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically generate the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play if you want the computer to automatically compute the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
- Pick the play amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play slip and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is printed.
- After the draw, view the 3D result to know if you win the prize.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number

In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto enthusiasts must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be permitted to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to reduce contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away used bet slips or old tickets in the trash cans.

PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor receives PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor receives PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How do I win in Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variation that lets its bettors win prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you pick a number combination composed of three different digits (e.g. 0-1-5), resulting to a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize worth PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you choose a number combination with one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 8-6-6), resulting to a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in any order, you win a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto playing card.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the 3D Lotto bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the play card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been printed by the terminal can no longer be voided or canceled.
What if I cannot think of any 3D Lotto number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.

Are 3D Lotto Prizes subject to tax?
3D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Act since the maximum 3D Lotto prize is only PhP 4,500.
Only prizes above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.

To claim 3D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be part of PCSO and luring them to buy lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– All major lotto ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 as mandated under the TRAIN Law.
