Introduced in 2002 as “Swertres”, 3D Lotto is one of the oldest of all digit lotteries of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
PCSO conducts official Swertres 3D Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior public announcement is made. Cancellation of draws usually happens during major public holidays.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. Here’s the step-by-step instruction for playing this popular digit game:
- Select three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to randomly generate the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you picked.
- Select the play amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Give your playing card and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
- See the 3D result here after the live draw to see if your ticket matches the winning combination.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.
How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number
Additional Health and Safety Regulations to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto bettors must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all lotto outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be carried out at all PCSO outlets in the country.
- Follow physical distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Bring your own pen to reduce the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Place the play slips and money in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to decrease physical contact.
- Use disinfectants or sanitizers before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to put away used bet slips and/or old tickets.

What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO generally cancels its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are finished early in the afternoon.
What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 3D Lotto ticket?
3D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be changed. Hence, players are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Players are responsible for verifying the information printed on their 3D Lotto tickets.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place owing to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the 3D Lotto bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been accepted by the terminal can no longer be canceled or voided.

To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the betting public against purchasing lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency confirms it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
