How to Play 3D Lotto
To play 3D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Pick a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto play slip.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the computer generate the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the system to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Pick the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- See the 3D result after the live draw to see if you got the winning number combination.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 3D Lotto ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Please remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.
Additional Regulations to be Observed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto players to observe the protocol below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to place 3D Lotto bets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Use your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to lessen physical contact.

3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor takes home PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player takes home PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked number combination has one repeating digit.

Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is printed by the terminal. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to verify all the numbers and options you selected before you give the playing card to the cashier.
Who are permitted to play 3D Lotto?

What are the ways to win in Swertres Lotto?

In Swertres Lotto Straight Play, the chances of getting the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 1000 while the odds of winning in Swertres Rambolito 6 and Rambolito 3 Plays are 1 in 167 and 1 in 333, respectively.
How much does a Swertres ticket cost?
A player can purchase the Swertres ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Act).
PCSO started adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
What if I made a mistake in marking my Swertres numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific Swertres number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a Swertres entry before purchasing the ticket. A Swertres number combination that has been processed by the terminal can no longer be voided or canceled.
Does PCSO have Swertres draws during holidays?
PCSO generally cancels its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 305 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 304 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule so that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.
