Each play costs Php 20.00. Players can also mark the DRAW panel to play the same number combination for up to six consecutive draws or opt for SYSTEM play for increased chances of winning.

The Ultra Lotto 6/58 draw involves selecting six balls numbered from 1 to 58. To win the jackpot, a player must match all six drawn numbers. If multiple players win the jackpot, the prize is divided equally among the winners.
