The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office has announced earlier today the resumption of its lotto draws on August 4, 2020.
PCSO however clarified that operations will only resume on selected lotto outlets and PCSO branches in areas under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) and Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ).
PCSO also emphasized that the resumption of its operations shall also depend on the community quarantine measures being implemented by the local goverment unit (LGU) where the outlet or branch is located.
Players can now purchase tickets and claim their lotto winnings once PCSO lotto operations resume in their area.
PCSO operations were suspended last March after the government implemented community quarantine measures in large parts of the country to prevent the spread of COVID-19 pandemic.
PCSO likewise announced that it has reverted to 20 pesos the ticket price of its major lotto games.
