Super Lotto 6/49 is a game of six numbers from One (1) to Forty-Nine (49). It was created in July 2000 and has since became one of the hugely popular lotteries in the country. How to Play Superlotto 6/49
Before you proceed, keep in mind that you need to be at least 18 years old to play.
These are the complete instructions when playing 6/49 Lotto:
- Go to a lottery agent authorized by PCSO and grab the Super Lotto 6/49 bet slip.
- Mark six (6) numbers between 1 to 49. These digits will be your 6/49 Lotto combination.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically pick the number combination for you.
- Optionally mark one of the options in the 6/49 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can pick more than the regular six number combination.
- Choose the number of consecutive draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- Check the 6/49 Lotto Result after the 9:00 pm live draw to see if your ticket matches the winning combination.
Each Super Lotto combination costs PhP 20, inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your Superlotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.
Your Super Lotto ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
To win a prize, you need to match at least three winning numbers. The more numbers you match, the greater your prize. For matching six numbers you win the JACKPOT amount.

- Always wear your face mask. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to purchase 6/49 Lotto tickets.
- Observe physical distancing when placing 6/49 Lotto bets.
- Bring your own pen to reduce the risk of contracting the virus.
- Use the money tray to reduce physical contact.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the garbage bins provided to discard used play slips and/or non-winning tickets.
6/49 Superlotto System Plays – Learn How to Increase the Chances of Winning the Jackpot
6/49 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
The system plays available in 6/49 Lotto are System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
With System 7, a bettor chooses seven (7) numbers which produces a total of seven (7) combinations. In System 8, the bettor marks eight (8) numbers, producing a total of 28 combinations.
The overall number of combinations increases as the picked numbers increase. The same rule applies for System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
With regard to System 5R, you only pick five (5) numbers and if your 5 numbers match the winning combination, you automatically win the jackpot. This is because in System 5R, the 5 numbers you have picked are automatically paired with each of the remaining 44 digits in the play slip, generating a total of 44 combinations.
Please note that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the overall bet cost will be. The total ticket price is PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations created.

You win a prize by matching at least three (3) numbers of the drawn 6/49 Super Lotto combination. The more matching numbers, the higher the prizes you will win.
If you got three (3) out of the six (6) winning numbers, you win PhP 50, four (4) out of six (6) wins you a prize worth PhP 1,200 while five (5) out of six (6) wins you a fixed prize equal to PhP 50,000.
Matching all the numbers wins you the jackpot prize worth at least PhP 15.84 Million.
You can increase your chances of winning by opting for a system bet. With this option, you can pick up to 12 numbers per column in the play card, thereby producing up to 924 number combinations.
There are seven system plays in all. These are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.

Am I allowed to pick more than 6 numbers in 6/49 Super Lotto?
You can select more than 6 numbers by playing any of the system bets for 6/49 Superlotto. You can choose from System 7 (7 numbers), System 8 (8 numbers), System 9 (8 numbers), System 10 (10 numbers), System 11 (11 numbers) and System 12 (12 numbers).
You can also choose only 5 numbers using the System 5R. Take note that the total number of combinations is considered when computing the total ticket cost.
For example, a System 7 play costs PhP 140 because it produces 7 combinations in all.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the Super Lotto 6/49 bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 6/49 Super Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void your Super Lotto 6/49 entry before purchasing the ticket. Any Superlotto entry that has been printed by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.
Can I play the same 6/49 Super Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 5 draws in advance or a total of 6 draws including the present draw. To play in advance, just select your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the playing card. Your Super Lotto entry shall then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you selected.

Does PCSO have lotto draws during holidays?
PCSO most of the time cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule so that all draws are finished early in the day.

Lotto 6/49 winnings exceeding PhP 10,000 are subject to the 20% tax as mandated by the TRAIN Law.
Super Lotto 6/49 winnings PhP 10,000 and below are not subject to 20% tax.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be part of PCSO and luring them to buy tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6D and 4D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
