PCSO uses a prize structure for Superlotto 6/49 based on ‘pari mutuel’ wagering system. Parimutuel works by pooling all lottery bets in a certain draw, then split the pool by the total number of winners.
Here are the different prizes for each tier of the 6/49 Lotto payout table:
- In case you matched six (6) numbers of the winning combination in any order, you hit the jackpot prize for Lotto 6/49. Its initial jackpot starts at PhP 15,840,000.
- In case you got five (5) of the six (6) number drawn, you receive a prize not exceeding PhP 50,000.
- If your number matches four (4) out of the six (6) drawn numbers, you take home a prize of up to PhP 1,200.
- In case your combination matches three (3) out of the six (6) drawn numbers, you take home a prize worth PhP 50.

How to Play Super Lotto 6/49
Before proceeding further, keep in mind that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play.
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play this lotto game:
- Go to a PCSO-authorized lotto agent and look for the Super Lotto 6/49 betting card.
- Pick a set of six (6) numbers from one (1) to Forty-Nine (49) in each column of the play card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system choose the numbers for you.
- You can also mark up to twelve (12) numbers using the 6/49 Lotto System Play to improve your chances of hitting the jackpot.
- For multiple draws, choose the number of consecutive draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your betting card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is printed.
- View the 6/49 Lotto Result after the 9pm live draw to verify if you got the winning combination.
Superlotto ticket costs PhP 20 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the Super Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your Super Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
In the event that there are no winners for the jackpot, the jackpot prize pool is carried forward to the next draw. Thus, the jackpot can get bigger. In case of multiple winners, jackpot prize will be divided equally.

During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 6/49 Lotto bettors to follow the rules below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to place 6/49 Lotto bets.
- Follow physical distancing when placing 6/49 Lotto bets.
- Bring your own pen to decrease the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Put the bet slips and money in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Throw away your used betting card and non-winning lotto tickets into the garbage can.
Superlotto 6/49 System Plays – How to Increase the Chances of Winning
6/49 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the typical six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
These are the options available if you want to play system bets- System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
A total of seven (7) combinations are created in System 7 because a player who picks this option would have to pick seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are created because the player will need to select a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 49.
In essence, more and more number combinations are created as the selected numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system plays.
In the case of System 5-Roll, you only choose five (5) numbers and if your 5 numbers match the winning combination, you automatically win the jackpot. This is because in System 5-Roll, the 5 numbers you have picked are automatically matched with each of the remaining 44 digits in the bet card, creating a total of 44 combinations.
Please remember that your total ticket cost will be much higher in system plays because of the higher number of combinations you will place your bet on. The overall price of the ticket shall be PhP 20 times the number of combinations produced.

What are the ways to win in 6/49 Lotto?
You win a prize in 6/49 Super Lotto by matching at least three (3) winning numbers in any order. Higher prizes awaits those who will match four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
If you got three (3) out of six (6), you receive PhP 50. Four (4) out of six (6) gives you a prize not exceeding PhP 1,200 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize not higher than PhP 50,000.
If you match all the winning numbers, you win the jackpot prize which begins at PhP 15.8 million.
You can improve your odds of winning by playing a system bet. With this option, you can choose up to 12 numbers per column in the play card, thus generating up to 924 number combinations.
There are seven system plays in all. These are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket price shall be based on the total number of produced combinations.

How many combinations are there in System 10 for 6/49 Super Lotto?
System 10 is the 6/49 Superlotto system bet that allows bettors to choose a total of ten (10) numbers instead of the typical six (6) numbers. This play type produces 210 combinations in all and costs PhP 4,200 (Php 20 x 210 combinations).
To play System 10, simply select your preferred 10-number combination and then mark the number 10 in the SYS section of the 6/49 Lotto bet card.
How can I choose more than 6 numbers in the 6/49 Lotto bet slip?
You can select more than 6 numbers by playing any of the system plays for Superlotto. You can choose from System 7 (7 numbers), System 8 (8 numbers), System 9 (8 numbers), System 10 (10 numbers), System 11 (11 numbers) and System 12 (12 numbers).
You can also mark only 5 numbers using the System 5R. Please remember that the total number of combinations is considered when calculating the total ticket price.
For example, a System 7 play costs PhP 140 because it produces 7 combinations in all.

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against purchasing tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO confirms it has no such platform yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
