Before continuing, remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play.

These are the complete instructions when playing 6/49 Super Lotto:

1. Go to the nearest PCSO-authorized lotto agent and get a playing card with Super Lotto 6/49 logo.
2. Mark a set of six (6) numbers from one (1) to Forty-Nine (49) in each column of the play slip.
3. If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system select the numbers for you.
4. Optionally select one of the options in the 6/49 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can mark more than the regular six number combination.
5. Choose the number of consecutive draws you want to join in the Draw section.
6. Pay the corresponding ticket price to the teller and get your generated lotto ticket.
7. See the 6/49 Lotto Result after the 9:00 pm scheduled draw to know if you won a prize.

Each Super Lotto 6/49 number combination costs PhP 20, inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Superlotto System Plays – Ways to Increase the Odds of Winning

You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/49 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and produces multiple combinations of your chosen numbers.

The system plays available in 6/49 Lotto are System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).

A total of seven (7) combinations are created in System 7 because a bettor who chooses this option would need to pick seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are created because the bettor will have to select a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 49.

The overall number of combinations increases as the marked numbers increase. The same rule applies for System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.

With System 5-Roll, a player marks only five (5) numbers and—for the sixth number—pairs these off with each of the remaining forty-four (44) numbers, generating a total of 44 combinations.

How much does a Superlotto System 7 ticket cost?

System 7 lets you to select a seven (7) number combination instead of the usual combination comprised of six (6) numbers. This type of Lotto 6/49 system play generates a total of seven combinations and costs PhP 140 (Php 20 x 7 combinations).

To play System 7, just choose your preferred 7-number combination and then mark the number 7 in the SYS panel of the 6/49 Lotto play card.

Can I play the same 6/49 Super Lotto combination in advance?

You can play up to 5 draws in advance or a total of 6 draws including the current draw. To play in advance, just mark your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 6/49 Superlotto entry shall then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you marked.

For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen Super Lotto entry shall be valid for the six (6) consecutive 6/49 Lotto draws including the present draw.

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?

PCSO generally suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday.
