PCSO uses pari mutel betting system in computing 6/49 Super Lotto prizes. This means that the actual prize that each winner will get depends on the gross sales and number of winners on a certain prize rank.

These are the detailed instructions when playing Super Lotto 6/49:
- Go to any authorized PCSO lotto outlet near you and grab the Super Lotto 6/49 play card.
- Mark six (6) digits that will comprise your 6/49 Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 1 to 49.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option allows the system to randomly pick the numbers for you.
- Optionally choose one of the options in the 6/49 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can pick more than the usual six number combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of succeeding draws in the Draw section.
- Give your bet card and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- After the draw, see the 6/49 Lotto Result to know if you won the prize.
One Super Lotto combination costs PhP 20, inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your Superlotto 6/49 ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Your Superlotto ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
In the event that there are no winners for the jackpot, the jackpot prize pool is carried forward to the next draw. Thus, the jackpot can get bigger. In case of multiple winners, jackpot prize will be divided equally.

Superlotto System Plays – How to Increase the Odds of Winning
You can increase your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/49 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and produces multiple combinations of your chosen numbers.
The system plays available in 6/49 Lotto are System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
In System 7, a player picks seven (7) numbers which generates a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the player selects a total of eight (8) numbers creating a total of 28 combinations.
In essence, more and more number combinations are generated as the choosen numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system bets.
In the case of System 5-Roll, you only mark five (5) numbers and if your 5 numbers match the winning combination, you automatically win the jackpot. This is because in System 5-Roll, the 5 numbers you have selected are automatically partnered with each of the remaining 44 digits in the bet slip, generating a total of 44 combinations.
Please remember that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the total ticket cost will be. The total cost of the ticket is PhP 20 times the number of combinations produced.

You win a prize in Super Lotto by getting at least three (3) winning numbers in any order. Bigger prizes awaits those who will get four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
If you match three (3) out of six (6), you take home PhP 50. Four (4) out of six (6) gives you a fixed amount equal to PhP 1,200 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize equal to PhP 50,000.
If you got all the six (6) winning numbers correctly, you get the jackpot prize of no less than PhP 15.8 Million.
You can increase your chances of winning by opting for a system bet. With this option, you can pick up to 12 numbers per column in the bet card, thereby producing up to 924 combinations.
You can choose from seven available system plays. These are the System 5-Roll and System 7 up to System 12.
The cost of tickets in system plays depend on the total number of combinations created.

What is SYS 10 in Lotto 6/49?
System 10 is the 6/49 Super Lotto system play that lets bettors to pick a total of ten (10) numbers instead of the regular six (6) numbers. This play type creates 210 combinations in all and costs PhP 4,200 (Php 20 x 210 combinations).
To play System 10, simply select your preferred 10-number combination and then mark the number 10 in the SYS section of the 6/49 Lotto bet card.
How can a specific combination in the 6/49 Super Lotto play slip disregarded?
To cancel or disregard a specific 6/49 Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the playing card to the cashier.

Will there be any lotto draw during Holy Week?
PCSO regularly cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule so that all draws are finished early in the day.

PCSO News and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against purchasing tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– All major games ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously increased to PhP 24 as required under the TRAIN Law.
