Introduced in 2000, Super Lotto 6/49 is the oldest of all lotto draws of PCSO. Jackpot starts at PhP 15.84 Million but the prize gets larger and larger until a lucky winner matches all the six winning numbers. The odds of hitting the jackpot in Lotto 6/49 are 1 in 13,983,816.

Prizes in Super Lotto 6/49 are split proportionately to the winners of each prize rank. This is the reason why the minor prizes are sometimes lower than the standard amount.
Here are the different prizes for each level of the 6/49 Lotto payout structure:
- In case your number matches six (6) out of the six (6) winning numbers in any order, you take home the jackpot prize for the 6/49 Superlotto game. Initial jackpot is PhP 15,840,000 but this amount grows bigger every time nobody wins the jackpot.
- If you got five (5) numbers of the winning number combination, you get the second prize in the amount of PhP 50,000.

A 20% tax will be automatically withheld from your winnings if its total amount exceeds PhP 10,000.

How to Play 6/49 Lotto
Before continuing, keep in mind that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play.
These are the detailed instructions when playing 6/49 Super Lotto:
- Go to any authorized PCSO lottery outlet and look for the Super Lotto 6/49 play slip.
- Select your 6/49 number combination by marking six (6) out of numbers 1 to 49.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the system to randomly generate the number combination for you.
- Optionally select one of the options under the 6/49 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can select more than the regular six number combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Pay the total ticket price to the cashier and get your generated ticket.
- After the draw, check the 6/49 Lotto Result to see if you won the prize.
One Superlotto 6/49 combination costs PhP 20, inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the 6/49 Superlotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your Superlotto 6/49 ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
To win a prize, you need to match at least three winning numbers. The more numbers you match, the greater your prize. For matching six numbers you win the JACKPOT amount.
Additional PCSO Guidelines to be Observed when Playing Lotto 6/49
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following regulations in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be observed in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Use your own ball pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the money tray to decrease contact.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the trash bins provided to discard used play slips and/or old lotto tickets.
Super Lotto System Bets – How to Increase the Odds of Winning the Jackpot
You can increase your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/49 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and produces multiple combinations of your chosen numbers.
These are the choices available in case you want to play system bets- System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
In System 7, a player marks seven (7) numbers which produces a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the bettor selects a total of eight (8) numbers producing a total of 28 combinations.
In essence, more and more number combinations are produced as the picked numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system plays.
With regard to System 5R, a bettor chooses only five (5) numbers and—for the sixth number—pairs these off with each of the remaining forty-four (44) numbers, generating a total of 44 combinations.
Remember that your total ticket cost will be much higher in system bets due to the higher number of combinations you will bet on. The total cost of the ticket shall be PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations created.

What are the ways to win in 6/49 Lotto?
You win a prize in 6/49 Super Lotto by getting at least three (3) winning numbers in any order. Bigger prizes awaits those who will get four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
Getting three (3) of the winning number combination wins you PhP 50, four (4) matching numbers gives you a prize worth PhP 1,200 while five (5) numbers wins you a fixed amount equal to PhP 50,000.
If you match all the winning numbers, you get the jackpot prize which starts at PhP 15.84 Million.
Increase your chances of winning using a system play. This option allows you to mark up to 12 numbers rather than just 6, thereby generating a larger number of combinations.
You can choose from seven available system plays. These are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.

To cancel or disregard a specific Superlotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the betting card to the teller.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the betting public against buying lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
