PCSO uses a payout structure for Lotto 6/49 based on ‘pari mutuel’ wagering system. Parimutuel works by pooling all lottery bets in a given draw, then dividing the pool by the total number of winners.
The following are the prizes for 6/49 Superlotto according to the PCSO:
- If you got six (6) numbers of the winning number combination in any order, you take home the latest jackpot for the Super Lotto game. The top prize begins at PhP 15,840,000.
- If you matched five (5) numbers of the winning combination, you receive a fixed prize in the amount of PhP 50,000.

Before you proceed, keep in mind that you must be at least 18 years old to play.

- Go to any PCSO-authorized lottery agent near you and look for the Super Lotto 6/49 playing card.
- Pick six (6) numbers between 1 to 49. These digits will be your 6/49 Lotto combination.
- If you can’t think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to let the terminal randomly pick the numbers for you.
- You can also raise your odds of winning using the 6/49 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can pick more than the usual six (6) numbers thus increasing your total number combinations.
- For multiple draws, mark the number of succeeding draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Give your play card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is generated.
- View the 6/49 Lotto Result after the 9:00 pm scheduled draw to know if you won a prize.
Each 6/49 Superlotto number combination costs PhP 20, inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 6/49 Super Lotto ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Your Superlotto ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
In the event that there are no winners for the jackpot, the jackpot prize pool is carried forward to the next draw. Thus, the jackpot can get bigger. In case of multiple winners, jackpot prize will be divided equally.

Super Lotto System Plays – Ways to Increase the Chances of Winning the Jackpot
You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/49 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and creates multiple combinations of your chosen numbers.
The system bets available in 6/49 Lotto are System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
With System 7, a bettor chooses seven (7) numbers which generates a total of seven (7) combinations. In System 8, the player picks eight (8) numbers, generating a total of 28 combinations.
In essence, more and more number combinations are generated as the selected numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system plays.
In the case of System 5R, the player marks five (5) numbers instead of six. These 5 numbers are automatically partnered with the remaining forty-four (44) numbers, generating 44 combinations in total.
Please remember that your total bet cost will be much higher in system bets because of the higher number of combinations you will place your bet on. The total ticket cost shall be PhP 20 times the number of combinations generated.

You win a prize by getting at least three (3) numbers of the winning Superlotto 6/49 number combination. The more matching numbers, the higher the prizes you will receive.
If you got three (3) out of the six (6) winning numbers, you receive PhP 50, four (4) out of six (6) gives you a prize worth PhP 1,200 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a fixed prize equal to PhP 50,000.
If you got all the six (6) winning numbers correctly, you take home the jackpot prize of no less than PhP 15.8 Million.
You can increase your chances of winning the jackpot by choosing up to 12 numbers using a system play. This type of bet generates a larger number of combinations which ranges from 7 to 924 combinations.
You can select from seven available system plays. These are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket cost is PhP 20 times the total number of generated combinations.

How to Play System 5R in 6/49 Lotto?
System 5R (5-Roll) is the Superlotto 6/49 system bet which lets the bettor to select only five (5) numbers instead of the default 6 number combination.
To complete the combination, the computer automatically combines each of the remaining 44 “unmarked” numbers in the bet card to the five numbers you already selected.
This creates a total of 44 combinations and ensures that you will get at least one (1) winning number in your combinations.
System 5R costs Php 880 (Php 20 x 44).
To play System 5R, simply pick your preferred 5-number combination and then mark 5R in the SYS panel of the 6/49 Lotto playing card.
Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO regularly cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are completed early in the day.
How many combinations are there in System 10 for 6/49 Super Lotto?
System 10 is the 6/49 Superlotto system play that lets bettors to pick a total of ten (10) numbers instead of the default six (6) numbers. This play type produces 210 combinations in all and costs PhP 4,200 (Php 20 x 210 combinations).
