Prizes in Superlotto 6/49 are split proportionately to the winners of each prize tier. This is the reason why the minor prizes are sometimes lower than the advertized amount.
These are the different prizes for each tier of the Super Lotto 6/49 payout system:
- Jackpot prize awaits those who will get six (6) out of the six (6) winning numbers drawn in any order. Jackpot prize starts at PhP 15,840,000.
- If your combination matches five (5) out of the six (6) drawn numbers, you win a second prize worth PhP 50,000.
- In case you matched four (4) numbers of the winning number combination, you take home a prize of PhP 1,200.
- In case your combination matches three (3) out of the six (6) drawn numbers, you get PhP 50.
A 20% tax will be automatically withheld from your winnings if its total amount exceeds PhP 10,000.

How to Play Lotto 6/49
Before continuing, remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play.
To play the Super Lotto 6/49 game, follow these detailed instructions:
- Go to any lotto outlet authorized by PCSO near you and grab the Super Lotto 6/49 playing card.
- Select a combination of six (6) numbers from one (1) to Forty-Nine (49) in each column of the bet slip.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option instructs the terminal to randomly generate the numbers for you.
- You can also pick up to twelve (12) numbers using the 6/49 Lotto System Play to raise your chances of hitting the jackpot.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of succeeding draws in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play card and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
- Check the 6/49 Lotto Result after the 9:00 pm live draw to see if you got the winning combination.
One Super Lotto combination costs PhP 20, inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the Superlotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your Super Lotto ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
To win a prize, you need to match at least three winning numbers. The more numbers you match, the greater your prize. For matching six numbers you win the JACKPOT amount.
New Health and Safety Reminders when Playing Lotto 6/49
In light of the on-going pandemic, 6/49 Lotto players must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.
- Always wear your face mask. Players without face mask will not be allowed to purchase 6/49 Lotto tickets.
- Observe physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Bring your own pen to decrease the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Place the play slips and money in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to minimize physical contact.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the trash cans provided to discard used play slips and/or old tickets.
Superlotto 6/49 System Plays – Learn How to Improve the Odds of Winning
6/49 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
These are the options available if you want to play system bets- System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
In System 7, a bettor picks seven (7) numbers which produces a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the player selects a total of eight (8) numbers generating a total of 28 combinations.
The more numbers picked, the higher the number of combinations produced. Same rule applies in System 9, System 10, System 11 and in System 12.
With System 5R, you only select five (5) numbers and if your 5 numbers match the winning combination, you automatically win the jackpot. This is because in System 5-Roll, the 5 numbers you have picked are automatically partnered with each of the remaining 44 digits in the play slip, creating a total of 44 combinations.
Please remember that your total ticket cost will be much higher in system bets because of the higher number of combinations you will place your bet on. The overall cost of the ticket shall be PhP 20 times the number of combinations produced.

How can I win prizes in Super Lotto 6/49?
You win a prize in Super Lotto by getting at least three (3) drawn numbers in any order. Higher prizes awaits those who will get four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
If you got three (3) out of six (6), you take home PhP 50. Four (4) out of six (6) gives you a fixed prize equal to PhP 1,200 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize worth PhP 50,000.
Getting all the winning numbers wins you the jackpot prize worth at least PhP 15.84 Million.
You can improve your odds of winning by opting for a system bet. With this option, you can mark up to 12 numbers per column in the bet card, thereby creating up to 924 combinations.
There are seven system plays in all. These are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.

How can I choose more than 6 numbers in the 6/49 Lotto bet slip?
You can select more than 6 numbers by playing any of the system bets for Superlotto 6/49. You can choose from System 7 (7 numbers), System 8 (8 numbers), System 9 (8 numbers), System 10 (10 numbers), System 11 (11 numbers) and System 12 (12 numbers).
You can also pick only 5 numbers using the System 5R. Take note that the total number of combinations is considered when calculating the total ticket price.
For instance, a System 7 play costs PhP 140 because it creates 7 combinations in all.
Can I get a refund for the Lotto 6/49 ticket that I bought?
You cannot cancel, void or refund your Super Lotto ticket once it is processed by the computer. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the Superlotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you chose before you submit the bet card to the teller.
How to Play System 12 in 6/49 Lotto?
System 12 is the Super Lotto 6/49 system bet that allows bettors to select a total of twelve (12) numbers instead of the typical six (6) numbers. This play type generates 924 combinations in all and costs PhP 18,480 (Php 20 x 924 combinations).
To play System 12, just choose your preferred 12-number combination and then mark the number 12 in the SYS panel of the 6/49 Lotto bet card.

Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the Super Lotto 6/49. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place owing to the current COVID-19 pandemic.

A bettor can purchase the Superlotto ticket for 20 Pesos per combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

To claim Super Lotto 6/49 winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency said it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws on August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
