PCSO employs a prize system for Superlotto 6/49 based on ‘pari mutuel’ system. Parimutuel works by pooling all lottery bets in a given draw, then dividing the pool by the total number of winners.
These are the different prizes for each level of the Lotto 6/49 payout structure:
- If you matched six (6) numbers of the winning number combination in any order, you take home the jackpot for 6/49 Lotto. Its initial jackpot begins at PhP 15,840,000.
- If you got five (5) numbers of the winning combination, you receive a second prize worth PhP 50,000.
- A third prize of PhP 1,200 awaits those who will match four (4) out of the six (6) drawn numbers.

Before you go any further, remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play.
These are the complete instructions when playing Superlotto 6/49:
- Go to any lotto outlet authorized by PCSO and look for the Super Lotto 6/49 bet slip.
- Pick a combination of six (6) numbers from one (1) to Forty-Nine (49) in each column of the betting card.
- If you can’t think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal randomly choose the number combination for you.
- Increase your chances of winning the jackpot through the 6/49 Lotto System Play.
- Mark the number of succeeding draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your bet card and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- After the draw, access the 6/49 Lotto Result to see if you won the prize.
Each Super Lotto combination costs PhP 20, inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your Super Lotto 6/49 ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your Superlotto 6/49 ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.

Super Lotto System Bets – Ways to Improve your Odds of Winning the Jackpot
6/49 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the typical six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
The available system plays in 6/49 Lotto are System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
With System 7, a player selects seven (7) numbers which generates a total of seven (7) combinations. In System 8, the player selects eight (8) numbers, creating a total of 28 combinations.
To sum it up, more and more number combinations are created as the picked numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system plays.
With System 5R, you only need to choose five (5) numbers instead of the regular six-number combination. The remaining unmarked numbers in the bet card (44 in all) will be partnered with the 5 numbers you marked, thus generating 44 combinations in total.

How can I win prizes in Super Lotto 6/49?
You win a prize in Superlotto 6/49 by getting at least three (3) winning numbers in any order. Bigger prizes awaits those who will match four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
Matching three (3) of the winning combination wins you PhP 50, four (4) matching numbers wins you a prize in the amount of PhP 1,200 while five (5) numbers gives you a fixed amount equal to PhP 50,000.
If you got all the winning numbers, you get the jackpot prize which starts at PhP 15.84 Million.
You can increase your odds of hitting the jackpot by selecting up to 12 numbers using a system play. This type of bet produces a larger number of combinations which ranges from 7 to 924 combinations.
You can select from seven available system plays. These are the System 5-Roll and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket price shall be based on the overall number of created combinations.

How to Play System 5R in 6/49 Lotto?
System 5R (5-Roll) is the Superlotto system bet which lets the bettor to select only five (5) numbers instead of the typical 6 number combination.
To complete the combination, the system automatically pairs each of the remaining 44 “unselected” numbers in the bet slip to the five numbers you already marked.
This produces a total of 44 combinations and ensures that you will get at least one (1) winning number in your combinations.
System 5R costs Php 880 (Php 20 x 44).
To play System 5R, just choose your preferred 5-number combination and then mark 5R in the SYS panel of the 6/49 Lotto bet card.
How many 6/49 Lotto draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 5 draws in advance or a total of 6 draws including the present draw. To play in advance, just pick your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the bet slip. Your 6/49 Lotto combination shall then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen Superlotto 6/49 entry will be valid for the six (6) consecutive Super Lotto draws including the present draw.

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO usually suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are completed early in the day.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be employees of PCSO and luring them to buy lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.
