PCSO employs pari mutel betting system in computing Super Lotto 6/49 prizes. This means that the actual amount that each winner shall get depends on the gross sales and number of winners on a certain prize level.
Here are the different prizes for each tier of the Super Lotto payout system:
- If you got six (6) numbers of the winning combination in any order, you win the latest jackpot prize for the 6/49 Super Lotto game. The top prize begins at PhP 15,840,000.
- If you got five (5) numbers of the winning number combination, you win a second prize in the amount of PhP 50,000.
- A third prize of PhP 1,200 awaits those who will get four (4) out of the six (6) number drawn.

Before proceeding further, please remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play.
Here’s the detailed instructions for playing this popular million-peso game:
- Go to a PCSO-authorized lottery agent near you and grab the Super Lotto 6/49 bet card.
- Select six (6) numbers between 1 to 49. These digits will be your 6/49 Lotto combination.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically pick the numbers for you.
- Optionally select one of the options under the 6/49 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can mark more than the regular six number combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of succeeding draws in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play card and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
- Check the 6/49 Lotto Result after the live draw to verify if you got the winning combination.
Superlotto ticket costs PhP 20 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 6/49 Lotto ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your Super Lotto 6/49 ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.

Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following guidelines in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be applied in all PCSO outlets nationwide.
- Follow physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Use your own pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Place the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to eliminate physical contact.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the trash bins provided to put away used play slips and/or non-winning lotto tickets.
Super Lotto System Plays – Ways to Increase the Odds of Winning
6/49 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the default six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
The available system bets in 6/49 Lotto are System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
In System 7, a bettor chooses seven (7) numbers which creates a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the player picks a total of eight (8) numbers producing a total of 28 combinations.
In essence, more and more number combinations are created as the selected numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system bets.
In the case of System 5-Roll, you only need to pick five (5) numbers instead of the usual six-number combination. The remaining unmarked numbers in the bet card (44 in all) will be matched with the 5 numbers you marked, thus producing 44 combinations in total.
Please note that your total ticket cost will be much higher in system bets because of the higher number of combinations you will place your bet on. The overall ticket cost shall be PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations produced.

What are the ways to win in 6/49 Lotto?
You win a prize in Super Lotto 6/49 by getting at least three (3) drawn numbers in any order. Bigger prizes awaits those who will get four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
Matching three (3) of the winning number combination wins you PhP 50, four (4) matching numbers wins you a prize equal to PhP 1,200 while five (5) numbers wins you a prize equal to PhP 50,000.
If you got all the six (6) winning numbers correctly, you win the jackpot prize of no less than PhP 15.8 Million.
You can increase your chances of hitting the jackpot by selecting up to 12 numbers using a system play. This type of bet produces a larger number of combinations which ranges from 7 to 924 combinations.
There are seven system plays in all. These are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket cost shall be based on the total number of generated combinations.

How many combinations are there in System 11 for 6/49 Super Lotto?
System 11 lets you to choose a eleven (11) number combination instead of the typical combination composed of six (6) numbers. This type of Superlotto system play generates a total of 462 combinations and costs PhP 9,240 (Php 20 x 462 combinations).
To play System 11, simply choose your preferred 11-number combination and then mark the number 11 in the SYS panel of the 6/49 Lotto playing card.
How much does a 6/49 Lotto ticket cost?
A player can purchase the Superlotto ticket for 20 Pesos per combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
How many combinations are there in System 5R for 6/49 Super Lotto?
System 5R (5-Roll) is the 6/49 Super Lotto system bet that lets the bettor to select only five (5) numbers instead of the default 6 number combination.
To complete the combination, the system automatically pairs each of the remaining 44 “unmarked” numbers in the playing card to the five numbers you already selected.
This creates a total of 44 combinations and ensures that you will get at least one (1) winning number in your combinations.
System 5R costs Php 880 (Php 20 x 44).
