How to Play 6/49 Super Lotto
Before you go any further, remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play.
These are the complete steps when playing 6/49 Super Lotto:
- Go to a lottery agent authorized by PCSO near you and grab the Super Lotto 6/49 play card.
- Pick a set of six (6) numbers from one (1) to Forty-Nine (49) in each column of the bet card.
- If you can’t think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal randomly pick the number combination for you.
- Increase your odds of winning the jackpot using the 6/49 Lotto System Play.
- If you want to join multiple draws, mark the number of succeeding draws in the Draw panel.
- Give your play card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is generated.
- View the 6/49 Lotto Result after the 9 PM scheduled draw to verify if you matched the winning combination.
One 6/49 Super Lotto number combination costs PhP 20, inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 6/49 Lotto ticket. Keep it in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 6/49 Superlotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
In the event that there are no winners for the jackpot, the jackpot prize pool is carried forward to the next draw. Thus, the jackpot can get bigger. In case of multiple winners, jackpot prize will be divided equally.

PCSO has implemented the rules below to be followed by 6/49 Lotto bettors nationwide.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be followed in all outlets nationwide.

- Bring your own pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Use the money tray to lessen physical contact.

Super Lotto System Bets – How to Improve your Chances of Winning
You can increase your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/49 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and creates numerous combinations of your chosen numbers.
The available system bets in 6/49 Lotto are System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
A total of seven (7) combinations are generated in System 7 because a player who marks this option would have to pick seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are generated because the player will need to mark a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 49.
The more numbers marked, the higher the number of combinations created. Same rule applies in System 9, System 10, System 11 and in System 12.
With System 5R, you only need to select five (5) numbers instead of the usual six-number combination. The remaining unselected numbers in the play slip (44 in all) will be combined with the 5 numbers you picked, thus creating 44 combinations in all.
Please note that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the total ticket cost will be. The total price of the ticket is PhP 20 times the number of combinations produced.

How do I win a prize in 6/49 Super Lotto?
You win a prize in Super Lotto 6/49 by matching at least three (3) drawn numbers in any order. Higher prizes awaits those who will match four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
If you got three (3) out of the six (6) winning numbers, you get PhP 50, four (4) out of six (6) wins you a prize in the amount of PhP 1,200 while five (5) out of six (6) wins you a prize equal to PhP 50,000.
Getting all the numbers gives you the jackpot prize worth no less than PhP 15.84 Million.
You can increase your odds of getting the jackpot by picking up to 12 numbers using a system play. This type of bet generates a higher number of combinations which ranges from 7 to 924 combinations.
You can select from seven available system plays. These are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.
The cost of tickets in system plays depend on the total number of combinations created.

Am I allowed to pick more than 6 numbers in 6/49 Super Lotto?
You can select more than 6 numbers by playing any of the system bets for 6/49 Superlotto. You can choose from System 7 (7 numbers), System 8 (8 numbers), System 9 (8 numbers), System 10 (10 numbers), System 11 (11 numbers) and System 12 (12 numbers).
You can also select only 5 numbers using the System 5-Roll. Take note that the total number of combinations is considered when calculating the total ticket price.
For instance, a System 7 play costs PhP 140 because it generates 7 combinations in all.
What if I made a mistake in marking my 6/49 Lotto numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 6/49 Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the bet card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void your Superlotto 6/49 number combination before purchasing the ticket. Any 6/49 Superlotto number combination that has been printed by the computer can no longer be voided or canceled.
Can I play Super Lotto 6/49 in Advance?
You can play up to 5 draws in advance or a total of 6 draws including the present draw. To play in advance, just mark your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the betting card. Your Superlotto combination shall then be played repeatedly according to the number of draws you selected.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 6/49 Superlotto entry shall be valid for the six (6) consecutive Super Lotto 6/49 draws including the current draw.
What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Act).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/49 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
On July 18, 2020, PCSO reverted the price of its major lotto games to Php 20.
Are Lotto 6/49 Prizes Tax-free?
Super Lotto winnings exceeding PhP 10,000 are subject to the 20% tax as mandated by the TRAIN Law.
6/49 Super Lotto prizes PhP 10,000 or lower are tax-exempt.

PCSO News and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against purchasing tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws on August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
