Before proceeding further, remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play.
These are the detailed instructions when playing 6/49 Lotto:
- Go to any authorized PCSO lottery outlet and grab the Super Lotto 6/49 playing card.
- Select a combination of six (6) numbers from one (1) to Forty-Nine (49) in each column of the play card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to let the terminal pick the number combination for you.
- Optionally pick one of the options under the 6/49 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can select more than the usual six number combination.
- For multiple draws, mark the number of succeeding draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- After the draw, see the 6/49 Lotto Result to see if you won the prize.
Each Super Lotto 6/49 combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total bet amount would range from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the total number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your Super Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Your Superlotto ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
In the event that there are no winners for the jackpot, the jackpot prize pool is carried forward to the next draw. Thus, the jackpot can get bigger. In case of multiple winners, jackpot prize will be divided equally.

Lotto 6/49 System Plays – Ways to Improve the Odds of Winning
You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/49 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and produces several combinations of your chosen numbers.
In case you want to try system bets, these are the options you can choose from- System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
A total of seven (7) combinations are generated in System 7 because a player who selects this option would need to pick seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are generated because the player will need to pick a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 49.
The more numbers picked, the higher the number of combinations produced. Same rule applies in System 9, System 10, System 11 and in System 12.
With System 5-Roll, a player chooses only five (5) numbers and—for the sixth number—pairs these off with each of the remaining forty-four (44) numbers, generating a total of 44 six-number combinations.
Keep in mind that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the overall bet cost will be. The overall ticket price is PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations generated.

You win a prize by getting at least three (3) numbers of the winning Superlotto 6/49 combination. The more matching numbers, the higher the prizes you will receive.
If you match three (3) out of the six (6) winning numbers, you receive PhP 50, four (4) out of six (6) wins you a prize worth PhP 1,200 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize equal to PhP 50,000.
If you got all the six (6) winning numbers correctly, you take home the jackpot prize of at least PhP 15.84 Million.
You can improve your chances of winning by opting for a system play. With this option, you can choose up to 12 numbers per column in the play slip, thus creating up to 924 number combinations.
The system plays you can choose from are the System 5-Roll and System 7 up to System 12.

What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/49 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
On July 18, 2020, PCSO reverted the price of its major lotto games to Php 20.
Can I cancel or refund the Super Lotto 6/49 ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund your 6/49 Super Lotto ticket after it is processed by the system. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the Lotto 6/49 ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you marked before you give the betting card to the teller.

To claim Super Lotto 6/49 winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
