Prizes in Grandlotto 6/55 are split proportionately to the winners of each prize level. This is the reason why the minor prizes are sometimes lower than the standard amount.

Here’s the step-by-step instructions for playing this popular multi-million peso game:
- Go to any PCSO-authorized lotto outlet and grab the Grand Lotto 6/55 bet slip.
- Choose six (6) numbers between 1 to 49. These digits will be your 6/55 Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option allows the system to randomly choose the number combination for you.
- Improve your odds of winning the jackpot through the 6/55 Lotto System Play.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of succeeding draws in the Draw panel.
- Give your betting card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is printed.

Each Grand Lotto 6/55 number combination costs PhP 20, inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Grand Lotto 6/55 System Plays – Improve the Odds of Winning the Jackpot
6/55 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the typical six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
The available system bets in 6/55 Lotto are System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
In System 7, a bettor picks seven (7) numbers which produces a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the bettor selects a total of eight (8) numbers producing a total of 28 combinations.
The more numbers picked, the higher the number of combinations produced. Same rule applies in System 9, System 10, System 11 and in System 12.
In the case of System 5-Roll, you only pick five (5) numbers and if your 5 numbers match the winning combination, you automatically win the jackpot. This is because in System 5R, the 5 numbers you have selected are automatically partnered with each of the remaining 50 digits in the bet card, producing a total of 50 combinations.
Please note that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the total ticket cost will be. The overall ticket price is PhP 20 times the number of combinations produced.

How can I win prizes in Grand Lotto 6/55?
You win a prize in 6/55 Grand Lotto by getting at least three (3) winning numbers in any order. Higher prizes awaits those who will get four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
Getting three (3) of the winning combination gives you PhP 60, four (4) matching numbers wins you a prize worth PhP 1,500 while five (5) numbers wins you a fixed prize equal to PhP 100,000.
If you got all the six (6) numbers correctly, you get the jackpot prize of at least PhP 29.70 Million.
Increase your chances of winning using a system bet. This option allows you to select up to 12 numbers instead of just 6, thus generating a larger number of combinations.
The system plays you can choose from are the System 5-Roll and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket cost shall depend on the total number of generated combinations.

How much does a Grandlotto System 8 ticket cost?
System 8 is the Grandlotto 6/55 system bet that allows players to choose a total of eight (8) numbers instead of the regular six (6) numbers. This play type produces 28 combinations in all and costs PhP 560 (Php 20 x 28 combinations).
To play System 8, simply select your preferred 8-number combination and then mark the number 8 in the SYS section of the 6/55 Lotto play slip.
How many combinations are there in System 5R for 6/55 Grand Lotto?
System 5R (5-Roll) is the Grand Lotto 6/55 system play that lets the bettor to select only five (5) numbers instead of the regular 6 number combination.
To complete the combination, the system automatically pairs each of the remaining 50 “unmarked” numbers in the betting card to the five numbers you already selected.
This creates a total of 50 combinations and ensures that you will get at least one (1) winning number in your combinations.
System 5R costs Php 1,000 (Php 20 x 50).
To play System 5R, simply choose your preferred 5-number combination and then mark 5R in the SYS column of the 6/55 Lotto betting card.
What if I made a mistake in marking my 6/55 Lotto numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific Lotto 6/55 number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the playing card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void your Grandlotto entry before purchasing the ticket. Any Grandlotto 6/55 number combination that has been accepted by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.

You cannot cancel, void or refund your Grand Lotto 6/55 ticket once it is printed by the computer. Bettors have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the Grandlotto 6/55 ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
