PCSO uses pari mutel wagering system in computing Grandlotto 6/55 prizes. This means that the actual prize that each winner shall get depends on the gross sales and number of winners on a certain prize level.

Before you proceed, note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play.
These are the complete instructions when playing 6/55 Lotto:
- Go to the nearest PCSO-authorized lottery outlet and grab a bet slip with Grand Lotto 6/55 logo.
- Choose your 6/55 number combination by marking six (6) out of numbers 1 to 49.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the terminal generate the number combination for you.
- Optionally mark one of the options in the 6/55 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can select more than the regular six number combination.
- If you want to join multiple draws, select the number of succeeding draws in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is printed.
- View the 6/55 Lotto Result right after the 9:00 pm live draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Grand Lotto ticket costs PhP 20 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 6/55 Grand Lotto ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.
Your 6/55 Grand Lotto ticket needs to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.

6/55 Grand Lotto System Plays – Learn How to Increase your Odds of Winning the Jackpot
6/55 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the typical six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
The available system plays in 6/55 Lotto are System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
A total of seven (7) combinations are created in System 7 because a player who selects this option would have to choose seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are produced because the bettor will have to pick a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 55.
In essence, more and more number combinations are produced as the marked numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system plays.
In the case of System 5-Roll, a player picks only five (5) numbers and—for the sixth number—pairs these off with each of the remaining fifty (50) numbers, producing a total of 50 six-number combinations.

You win a prize in Grand Lotto 6/55 by matching at least three (3) drawn numbers in any order. Higher prizes awaits those who will get four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
Getting three (3) of the winning number combination gives you PhP 60, four (4) matching numbers gives you a prize equal to PhP 1,500 while five (5) numbers wins you a fixed prize equal to PhP 100,000.
Matching all the winning numbers wins you the jackpot prize worth at least PhP 29.70 Million.
Increase your chances of winning using a system play. This option allows you to mark up to 12 numbers rather than just 6, thereby generating a larger number of combinations.

What is SYS 8 in Lotto 6/55?
System 8 is the 6/55 Grandlotto system play that allows bettors to choose a total of eight (8) numbers instead of the regular six (6) numbers. This play type produces 28 combinations in all and costs PhP 560 (Php 20 x 28 combinations).
To play System 8, just pick your preferred 8-number combination and then mark the number 8 in the SYS column of the 6/55 Lotto play slip.
How many 6/55 Lotto draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 5 draws in advance or a total of 6 draws including the present draw. To play in advance, just pick your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the playing card. Your 6/55 Grand Lotto combination will then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 6/55 Grandlotto combination will be valid for the six (6) consecutive Lotto 6/55 draws including the present draw.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. PCSO states it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
