Grand Lotto 6/55 System Plays – Ways to Increase your Odds of Winning the Jackpot

6/55 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the default six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.

In case you want to play system plays, these are the options you can choose from- System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.

A total of seven (7) combinations are created in System 7 because a bettor who selects this option would need to choose seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are produced because the bettor will need to choose a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 55.

The more numbers picked, the higher the number of combinations produced. Same rule applies in System 9, System 10, System 11 and in System 12.

In the case of System 5R, you only select five (5) numbers and if your 5 numbers match the winning combination, you automatically win the jackpot. This is because in System 5-Roll, the 5 numbers you have selected are automatically paired with each of the remaining 50 digits in the board, producing a total of 50 combinations.

Keep in mind that your overall ticket cost will be much higher in system bets due to the higher number of combinations you will bet on. The overall price of the ticket shall be PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations generated.

The following table shows the number of combination as well as the corresponding ticket cost for every system bet.
