PCSO uses a payout system for Grandlotto 6/55 based on ‘pari mutuel’ betting system. Parimutuel works by pooling all lotto bets in a certain draw, then split the pool by the total number of winners.

Before continuing, please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play.
To play PCSO’s 6/55 Lotto game, follow these detailed instructions:
- Go to a PCSO-authorized lotto agent near you and look for the Grand Lotto 6/55 betting card.
- Pick a set of six (6) numbers from one (1) to Fifty-Five (55) in each column of the play slip.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system randomly choose the numbers for you.
- You can also pick up to twelve (12) numbers using the 6/55 Lotto System Play to improve your odds of hitting the jackpot.
- If you want to play multiple draws, mark the number of succeeding draws in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your betting card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is printed.
- See the 6/55 Lotto Result after the live draw to see if you matched the winning number combination.
Grandlotto 6/55 ticket costs PhP 20 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 6/55 Lotto ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your Grand Lotto 6/55 ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
You can play the same number combination for 6 consecutive draws by marking the chosen number of draws in the DRAW panel. You can also opt to play SYSTEM to have more chances of winning.

6/55 Grandlotto System Plays – Increase the Chances of Winning
You can increase your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/55 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and generates several combinations of your chosen numbers.
The system bets available in 6/55 Lotto are System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
In System 7, a bettor picks seven (7) numbers which generates a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the player selects a total of eight (8) numbers producing a total of 28 combinations.
The more numbers selected, the higher the number of combinations produced. Same rule applies in System 9, System 10, System 11 and in System 12.
With System 5-Roll, the bettor selects five (5) numbers instead of six. These 5 numbers are automatically paired with the remaining fifty (50) numbers, generating 50 combinations in all.
Remember that your total bet cost will be much higher in system plays because of the higher number of combinations you will place your bet on. The total cost of the ticket shall be PhP 20 times the number of combinations produced.

You win a prize in Lotto 6/55 by getting at least three (3) winning numbers in any order. Bigger prizes awaits those who will match four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
If you got three (3) out of six (6), you take home PhP 60. Four (4) out of six (6) gives you a fixed prize equal to PhP 1,500 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize in the amount of PhP 100,000.
If you got all the six (6) winning numbers correctly, you receive the jackpot prize of no less than PhP 29.7 Million.
You can boost your chances of winning by opting for a system play. With this option, you can pick up to 12 numbers per column in the bet slip, thus creating up to 924 combinations.
There are seven system plays in all. These are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket cost shall depend on the overall number of created combinations.

What is SYS 7 in Lotto 6/55?
System 7 lets you to select a seven (7) number combination instead of the regular combination comprised of six (6) numbers. This type of Grand Lotto system play creates a total of seven combinations and costs PhP 140 (Php 20 x 7 combinations).
To play System 7, simply choose your preferred 7-number combination and then mark the number 7 in the SYS panel of the 6/55 Lotto play slip.
Can I have my Grand Lotto 6/55 ticket replaced after it was printed?
6/55 Grand Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be changed. Hence, bettors are advised to check their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Bettors are responsible for checking the information printed on their tickets.
