Grand Lotto 6/55 System Plays – How to Increase the Odds of Winning the Jackpot

6/55 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the typical six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.

These are the options available in case you want to play system bets- System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).

A total of seven (7) combinations are generated in System 7 because a bettor who selects this option would need to mark seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are generated because the bettor will need to mark a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 55.

The overall number of combinations increases as the selected numbers increase. The same rule applies for System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.

With System 5-Roll, the bettor will only need to mark five (5) numbers. The remaining (unselected) 50 numbers will be matched with the 5 marked numbers. This produces a total of 50 six-number combinations.

Please note that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the total ticket cost will be. The total ticket cost is PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations generated.

The following table shows the number of combination as well as the corresponding ticket cost for every system play.
