  2. Select six (6) numbers between 1 to 49. These digits will be your 6/55 Lotto combination.
  3. If you cannot think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal randomly generate the numbers for you.
  4. Improve your odds of winning the jackpot using the 6/55 Lotto System Play.
  5. If you want to join multiple draws, mark the number of succeeding draws in the Draw panel.
  6. Give your bet card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is printed.

One Grandlotto number combination costs PhP 20, inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Lotto 6/55 System Plays – Improve your Odds of Winning the Jackpot

6/55 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the default six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.

In case you want to try system bets, these are the options you can select from- System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.

With System 7, a bettor selects seven (7) numbers which generates a total of seven (7) combinations. In System 8, the player marks eight (8) numbers, producing a total of 28 combinations.

To sum it up, more and more number combinations are generated as the selected numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system bets.

With regard to System 5-Roll, you only select five (5) numbers and if your 5 numbers match the winning combination, you automatically win the jackpot. This is because in System 5-Roll, the 5 numbers you have chosen are automatically matched with each of the remaining 50 digits in the board, generating a total of 50 six-number combinations.

Remember that your overall ticket cost will be much higher in system bets due to the higher number of combinations you will place your bet on. The overall ticket cost shall be PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations generated.

How do I win a prize in 6/55 Grand Lotto?

You win a prize in Lotto 6/55 by matching at least three (3) winning numbers in any order. Higher prizes awaits those who will get four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.

If you match three (3) out of six (6), you win PhP 60. Four (4) out of six (6) wins you a prize equal to PhP 1,500 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize in the amount of PhP 100,000.

If you got all the numbers, you get the jackpot prize which starts at PhP 29.70 Million.

You can increase your chances of hitting the jackpot by marking up to 12 numbers using a system play. This type of bet creates a larger number of combinations which ranges from 7 to 924 combinations.

The system plays you can select from are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.

Ticket cost is PhP 20 times the total number of generated combinations.

How many combinations are there in System 11 for 6/55 Grand Lotto?

System 11 lets you to choose a eleven (11) number combination instead of the typical combination composed of six (6) numbers. This type of Grandlotto 6/55 system bet produces a total of 462 combinations and costs PhP 9,240 (Php 20 x 462 combinations).

To play System 11, simply pick your preferred 11-number combination and then mark the number 11 in the SYS panel of the 6/55 Lotto play card.

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?

PCSO generally suspends its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule so that all draws are finished early in the day.

What is SYS 5-Roll in Lotto 6/55?

System 5R (5-Roll) is the Grand Lotto system bet which lets the player to select only five (5) numbers instead of the regular 6 number combination.

To complete the combination, the computer automatically combines each of the remaining 50 “unmarked” numbers in the betting card to the five numbers you already marked.

This generates a total of 50 combinations and guarantees that you will get at least one (1) winning number in your combinations.

System 5R costs Php 1,000 (Php 20 x 50).

To play System 5R, just pick your preferred 5-number combination and then mark 5R in the SYS panel of the 6/55 Lotto bet slip.

How many Advance Draws can I play in Lotto 6/55?

You can play up to 5 draws in advance or a total of 6 draws including the present draw. To play in advance, just pick your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the bet slip. Your Grand Lotto entry shall then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you picked.

For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 6/55 Grand Lotto combination shall be valid for the six (6) consecutive Grandlotto 6/55 draws including the current draw.

What is DST?

DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).

PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/55 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

On July 18, 2020, PCSO reverted the price of its major lotto games to Php 20.

PCSO News and Official Announcements

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.

January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.

July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.

July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
