How to Play Grandlotto 6/55

Before proceeding further, note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play.

These are the complete steps when playing Grand Lotto 6/55:

  1. Go to the nearest PCSO-authorized lottery outlet and get a bet card with Grand Lotto 6/55 logo.
  2. Select six (6) numbers that will compose your 6/55 Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 1 to 49.
  3. If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal pick the numbers for you.
  4. Raise your odds of hitting the jackpot using the 6/55 Lotto System Play.
  5. For Advance Plays, mark the number of succeeding draws in the Draw section.
  6. Pay the total ticket price to the teller and get your generated ticket.
  7. After the draw, access the 6/55 Lotto Result to verify if you won the prize.

Each 6/55 Grand Lotto combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total play amount would vary from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the total number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 6/55 Grand Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.

Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your 6/55 Grandlotto ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.

You can play the same number combination for 6 consecutive draws by marking the chosen number of draws in the DRAW panel. You can also opt to play SYSTEM to have more chances of winning.

Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing Lotto 6/55

During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 6/55 Lotto players to follow the rules below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.

  1. Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be followed in all PCSO outlets nationwide.
  2. Follow physical distancing when buying 6/55 Lotto tickets.
  3. Use your own pen.
  4. Use the money tray to lessen physical contact.
  5. Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before leaving the lotto outlet.
  6. Use the garbage cans provided to put away used play slips and/or non-winning tickets.

Grandlotto System Plays – Increase the Chances of Winning

You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/55 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and generates numerous combinations of your chosen numbers.

These are the choices available in case you want to play system bets- System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).

A total of seven (7) combinations are created in System 7 because a bettor who picks this option would have to choose seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are generated because the player will have to choose a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 55.

The total number of combinations increases as the selected numbers increase. The same rule applies for System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.

In System 5R, a bettor selects only five (5) numbers and—for the sixth number—pairs these off with each of the remaining fifty (50) numbers, producing a total of 50 combinations.

Please remember that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the overall ticket cost will be. The overall ticket price is PhP 20 times the number of combinations produced.
