PCSO employs a prize structure for Grandlotto 6/55 based on ‘pari mutuel’ system. Parimutuel works by pooling all lottery bets in a certain draw, then dividing the pool by the total number of winners.
Here are the different prizes for each range of the Lotto 6/55 payout structure:
- In case you matched six (6) numbers of the winning combination in any order, you win the current jackpot prize for Grandlotto 6/55. Its initial jackpot starts at PhP 29,700,000.
- If your number matches five (5) out of the six (6) numbers drawn, you get a prize in the amount of PhP 100,000.
- In case you matched four (4) numbers of the winning combination, you take home a prize of PhP 1,500.
- Getting three (3) out of the six (6) numbers drawn gives you a prize worth PhP 60.

6/55 Grandlotto ticket costs PhP 20 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 6/55 Grand Lotto ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.
Your Grand Lotto ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.

Grand Lotto System Bets – Ways to Increase the Chances of Winning
6/55 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the default six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
These are the options available in case you want to play system bets- System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
A total of seven (7) combinations are generated in System 7 because a bettor who marks this option would have to select seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are created because the player will have to pick a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 55.
To sum it up, more and more number combinations are produced as the selected numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system plays.
With System 5R, you only pick five (5) numbers and if your 5 numbers match the winning combination, you automatically win the jackpot. This is because in System 5-Roll, the 5 numbers you have selected are automatically paired with each of the remaining 50 digits in the bet card, creating a total of 50 combinations.
Remember that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the total bet cost will be. The overall ticket price is PhP 20 times the number of combinations generated.

What are the ways to win in 6/55 Lotto?
You win a prize in Grand Lotto by matching at least three (3) winning numbers in any order. Higher prizes awaits those who will get four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
If you got three (3) out of six (6), you win PhP 60. Four (4) out of six (6) gives you a fixed prize equal to PhP 1,500 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize equal to PhP 100,000.
If you match all the winning numbers, you win the jackpot prize which begins at PhP 29.7 Million.
You can improve your chances of winning by playing a system bet. With this option, you can select up to 12 numbers per column in the playing card, thereby creating up to 924 combinations.
The system plays you can select from are the System 5-Roll and System 7 up to System 12.
The cost of tickets in system plays depend on the total number of combinations produced.

System 9 allows you to choose a nine (9) number combination instead of the usual combination composed of six (6) numbers. This type of Lotto 6/55 system play generates a total of 84 combinations and costs PhP 1,680 (Php 20 x 84 combinations).

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against purchasing tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency said it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6D and 4D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto operation on August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
