How to Play 6/55 Grand Lotto
Before you proceed, keep in mind that you need to be at least 18 years old to play.
These are the complete steps when playing Grandlotto:
- Go to any authorized PCSO lottery outlet and look for the Grand Lotto 6/55 play card.
- Choose six (6) numbers between 1 to 49. These digits will be your 6/55 Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option allows the terminal to automatically select the number combination for you.
- Optionally mark one of the options in the 6/55 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can select more than the usual six number combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your betting card and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
- After the draw, view the 6/55 Lotto Result to verify if you won the prize.
One Grand Lotto combination costs PhP 20, inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 6/55 Grand Lotto ticket. Keep it in a safe and dry place.
Your Grand Lotto ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
You can play the same number combination for 6 consecutive draws by marking the chosen number of draws in the DRAW panel. You can also opt to play SYSTEM to have more chances of winning.
Additional Regulations to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 6/55 Lotto
PCSO has implemented the rules below to be observed by 6/55 Lotto bettors in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to play 6/55 Lotto.
- Follow physical distancing when placing 6/55 Lotto bets.
- Bring your own ball pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the money tray to lessen contact.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Put away your used playing card and non-winning lotto tickets into the garbage can.
6/55 Grand Lotto System Plays – Increase the Odds of Winning the Jackpot
6/55 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the default six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
These are the choices available if you want to play system bets- System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
A total of seven (7) combinations are produced in System 7 because a bettor who marks this option would have to select seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are produced because the player will need to choose a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 55.
In essence, more and more number combinations are generated as the picked numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system bets.
With System 5-Roll, you only have to mark five (5) numbers instead of the regular six-number combination. The remaining unmarked numbers in the bet card (50 in all) will be combined with the 5 numbers you chose, thus producing 50 six-number combinations in total.
Please note that your total ticket cost will be much higher in system bets because of the higher number of combinations you will bet on. The total ticket cost shall be PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations generated.
