System 12 is the Ultra Lotto 6/58 system bet that allows bettors to select a total of twelve (12) numbers instead of the usual six (6) numbers. This play type produces 924 combinations in all and costs PhP 18,480 (Php 20 x 924 combinations).

To play System 12, just pick your preferred 12-number combination and then mark the number 12 in the SYS panel of the 6/58 Lotto playing card.
