The prize that each winner receives depend on the total number of winners as well as gross sales. PCSO uses a payout structure for Lotto 6/58 based on this pari mutuel system.

Each 6/58 Ultra Lotto number combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total play amount would vary from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the overall number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Ultra Lotto 6/58 System Plays – How to Increase the Chances of Winning
You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/58 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and produces numerous combinations of your chosen numbers.
In case you want to play system bets, these are the options you can select from- System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
In System 7, a player chooses seven (7) numbers which generates a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the player picks a total of eight (8) numbers generating a total of 28 combinations.
To sum up, more and more number combinations are created as the selected numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system bets.
With regard to System 5-Roll, the bettor chooses five (5) numbers instead of six. These 5 numbers are automatically matched with the remaining fifty-three (53) numbers, generating 53 combinations in total.

Getting three (3) of the winning combination wins you PhP 100, four (4) matching numbers gives you a prize in the amount of PhP 2,000 while five (5) numbers gives you a fixed prize equal to PhP 120,000.
Getting all the numbers wins you the jackpot prize worth at least PhP 49.5 Million.
You can increase your chances of hitting the jackpot by choosing up to 12 numbers using a system bet. This type of bet generates a larger number of combinations which ranges from 7 to 924 combinations.
