Before proceeding, remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play.
These are the detailed instructions when playing Lotto 6/58:
- Go to any PCSO-authorized lotto outlet and look for the Ultra Lotto 6/58 bet card.
- Select six (6) numbers between 1 to 58. These numbers will be your 6/58 Lotto combination.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to let the terminal pick the numbers for you.
- Optionally pick one of the options in the 6/58 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can select more than the regular six number combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of succeeding draws in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your bet card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, see the 6/58 Lotto result to know if you won the prize.
Each Ultra Lotto 6/58 number combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total bet amount would vary from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the total number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the Ultralotto 6/58 ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.
Your Ultra Lotto 6/58 ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Six balls numbered from 1 to 58 will be drawn and you win the jackpot prize by matching all of the drawn numbers, in any order. If two or more persons win the jackpot, payment for each winner is determined by dividing equally the jackpot amount.You also win prizes if you match any 3, 4, or 5 numbers of the winning 6-number combination, in any order.

Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following protocol in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to place 6/68 Lotto bets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Use your own pen.
- Use the money tray to reduce physical contact.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Avoid littering and put away used play card or non-winning lotto tickets in the trash cans.
Lotto 6/58 System Plays – Increase your Chances of Winning the Jackpot
6/58 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the typical six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
These are the choices available if you want to play system bets- System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
A total of seven (7) combinations are created in System 7 because a player who picks this option would need to pick seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are generated because the bettor will need to mark a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 58.
