PCSO employs a payout structure for Ultralotto based on ‘pari mutuel’ system. Parimutuel works by pooling all lottery bets in a certain draw, then split the pool by the total number of winners.
The following is the updated prize levels of the Ultralotto:
- In case your number matches six (6) out of the six (6) winning numbers in any order, you take home the latest jackpot for the Ultralotto game. Starting jackpot is PhP 49,500,000 but this amount grows larger every time nobody gets the jackpot.
- If you got five (5) numbers of the winning combination, you win a second prize worth PhP 120,000.
- A third prize worth PhP 2,000 awaits those who will get four (4) out of the six (6) drawn winning numbers.

- You can also pick up to twelve (12) numbers using the 6/58 Lotto System Play to improve your chances of winning the jackpot.
- Choose the number of succeeding draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Hand over your betting card and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
- View the 6/58 Lotto result right after the 9 PM live draw to verify if you won a prize.
Each 6/58 Lotto combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total play amount would vary from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the overall number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Ultralotto System Bets – Learn How to Increase your Odds of Winning the Jackpot
6/58 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the default six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
These are the options available if you want to play system bets- System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
In System 7, a player marks seven (7) numbers which produces a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the player marks a total of eight (8) numbers producing a total of 28 combinations.
The total number of combinations increases as the picked numbers increase. The same rule applies for System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
With regard to System 5-Roll, a player picks only five (5) numbers and—for the sixth number—pairs these off with each of the remaining fifty-three (53) numbers, creating a total of 53 six-number combinations.

How to win a prize in Lotto 6/58?
You win a prize in 6/58 Ultra Lotto by matching at least three (3) winning numbers in any order. Bigger prizes awaits those who will match four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
If you match three (3) out of six (6), you get PhP 100. Four (4) out of six (6) wins you a fixed prize equal to PhP 2,000 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize in the amount of PhP 120,000.
Getting all the winning numbers gives you the jackpot prize worth no less than PhP 49.50 Million.
Increase your chances of winning using a system play. This option allows you to pick up to 12 numbers instead of just 6, thereby producing a higher number of combinations.
There are seven system plays in all. These are the System 5-Roll and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket price is PhP 20 multiplied by the overall number of generated combinations.

How do I Play Ultra Lotto 6/58 System 5-Roll?
System 5R (5-Roll) is the Ultra Lotto system play that lets you select only five (5) numbers instead of the regular 6 number combination.
To complete the combination, the system automatically combines each of the remaining 53 “unmarked” numbers in the bet card to the five numbers you already picked.
This generates a total of 53 combinations and ensures that you will get at least one (1) winning number in your combinations.
System 5R costs Php 1,060 (Php 20 x 53).
To play System 5-Roll, just select your preferred 5-number combination and then mark 5R in the SYS section of the 6/58 Lotto betting card.
