Before you go any further, please remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play.
Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to play this PCSO lotto game:
- Go to a lottery agent authorized by PCSO near you and look for the Ultra Lotto 6/58 betting card.
- Mark a combination of six (6) numbers from one (1) to fifty-eight (58) in each column of the playing card.
- If you cannot think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal automatically select the numbers for you.
- You can also increase your chances of winning through the 6/58 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can pick more than the usual six (6) numbers thus increasing your total number combinations.
- If you want to join multiple draws, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Hand over your betting card and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- After the draw, view the 6/58 Lotto result to verify if you won the prize.
Each Ultra Lotto combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total play amount would range from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the overall number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 6/58 Lotto ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.
Your Ultra Lotto ticket needs to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Six balls numbered from 1 to 58 will be drawn and you win the jackpot prize by matching all of the drawn numbers, in any order. If two or more persons win the jackpot, payment for each winner is determined by dividing equally the jackpot amount.You also win prizes if you match any 3, 4, or 5 numbers of the winning 6-number combination, in any order.

6/58 Ultralotto System Plays – Increase the Chances of Winning
You can increase your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/58 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and produces multiple combinations of your chosen numbers.
The system plays available in 6/58 Lotto are System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
With System 7, a player selects seven (7) numbers which generates a total of seven (7) combinations. In System 8, the bettor selects eight (8) numbers, producing a total of 28 combinations.
In essence, more and more number combinations are generated as the picked numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system bets.
With regard to System 5R, you only pick five (5) numbers and if your 5 numbers match the winning combination, you automatically win the jackpot. This is because in System 5R, the 5 numbers you have marked are automatically matched with each of the remaining 53 digits in the bet card, generating a total of 53 six-number combinations.
Please remember that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the overall bet cost will be. The total ticket price is PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations produced.

How to win a prize in Lotto 6/58?
You win a prize in 6/58 Lotto by getting at least three (3) winning numbers in any order. Higher prizes awaits those who will match four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
Matching three (3) of the winning number combination gives you PhP 100, four (4) matching numbers wins you a prize in the amount of PhP 2,000 while five (5) numbers gives you a prize equal to PhP 120,000.
If you got all the six (6) numbers correctly, you take home the jackpot prize of no less than PhP 49.5 Million.
You can increase your odds of getting the jackpot by choosing up to 12 numbers using a system play. This type of bet creates a higher number of combinations which ranges from 7 to 924 combinations.
The system plays you can choose from are the System 5-Roll and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket cost shall depend on the overall number of produced combinations.

What is SYS 8 in Lotto 6/58?
System 8 is the Ultralotto 6/58 system bet that allows players to select a total of eight (8) numbers instead of the regular six (6) numbers. This play type produces 28 combinations in all and costs PhP 560 (Php 20 x 28 combinations).
To play System 8, just select your preferred 8-number combination and then mark the number 8 in the SYS column of the 6/58 Lotto play card.
Can I play Ultra Lotto 6/58 in Advance?
You can play up to 5 draws in advance or a total of 6 draws including the current draw. To play in advance, just mark your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the bet slip. Your Ultralotto 6/58 combination will then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen Ultralotto 6/58 combination shall be valid for the six (6) consecutive Ultralotto 6/58 draws including the current draw.

PCSO usually suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.

You can also mark only 5 numbers using the System 5-Roll. Please remember that the total number of combinations is considered when calculating the total ticket price.

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against buying lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO states it has no such platform yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
