- Mark six (6) digits that will comprise your 6/58 Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 1 to 58.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer choose the number combination for you.
- You can also mark up to twelve (12) numbers through the 6/58 Lotto System Play to increase your chances of hitting the jackpot.
- If you want to join multiple draws, select the number of succeeding draws in the Draw section.
- Hand over your betting card and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- After the draw, view the 6/58 Lotto result to know if you won the prize.
6/58 Lotto ticket costs PhP 20 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your Ultralotto 6/58 ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your 6/58 Ultra Lotto ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.

6/58 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
The available system plays in 6/58 Lotto are System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
With System 7, a bettor selects seven (7) numbers which generates a total of seven (7) combinations. In System 8, the player picks eight (8) numbers, producing a total of 28 combinations.
The more numbers chosen, the higher the number of combinations created. Same rule applies in System 9, System 10, System 11 and in System 12.
In the case of System 5-Roll, the player will only need to choose five (5) numbers. The remaining (unmarked) 53 numbers will be paired with the 5 selected numbers. This creates a total of 53 combinations.

PCSO usually suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are finished early in the afternoon.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be part of PCSO and enticing them to buy lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
