PCSO employs pari mutel system in determining 6/58 Lotto prizes. This means that the actual prize that each winner shall receive depends on the gross sales and number of winners on a certain prize tier.

Before you proceed, keep in mind that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play.
These are the complete instructions when playing Ultralotto:
- Go to the nearest PCSO-authorized lottery outlet and get a play slip with Ultra Lotto 6/58 logo.
- Pick six (6) numbers between 1 to 58. These digits will be your 6/58 Lotto combination.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal automatically generate the number combination for you.
- You can also choose up to twelve (12) numbers through the 6/58 Lotto System Play to increase your chances of hitting the jackpot.
- Mark the number of consecutive draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the teller and get your printed ticket.
- See the 6/58 Lotto result after the 9:00 pm live draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Lotto 6/58 ticket costs PhP 20 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the Ultra Lotto 6/58 ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your Ultra Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.

6/58 Ultra Lotto System Plays – How to Improve your Chances of Winning the Jackpot
6/58 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the typical six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
The available system bets in 6/58 Lotto are System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
A total of seven (7) combinations are created in System 7 because a bettor who chooses this option would have to pick seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are generated because the player will need to choose a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 58.

What are the ways to win in 6/58 Lotto?
In Ultralotto 6/58, you win a prize by getting at least three (3) out of the six (6) numbers drawn. More matching number means bigger prizes for you.
If you got three (3) out of six (6), you receive PhP 100. Four (4) out of six (6) wins you a fixed amount equal to PhP 2,000 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize in the amount of PhP 120,000.
Matching all the winning numbers gives you the jackpot prize worth no less than PhP 49.5 Million.
You can increase your chances of getting the jackpot by choosing up to 12 numbers using a system bet. This type of bet generates a higher number of combinations which ranges from 7 to 924 combinations.
There are seven system plays in all. These are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket price shall be based on the total number of generated combinations.

How much does a Ultralotto System 8 ticket cost?
System 8 is the Ultralotto system play that lets bettors to select a total of eight (8) numbers instead of the typical six (6) numbers. This play type generates 28 combinations in all and costs PhP 560 (Php 20 x 28 combinations).
To play System 8, simply pick your preferred 8-number combination and then mark the number 8 in the SYS panel of the 6/58 Lotto betting card.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO said it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4D and 6D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws starting August 4, 2020.
