- Select six (6) numbers between 1 to 58. These digits will be your 6/58 Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option instructs the system to randomly generate the numbers for you.
- You can also raise your chances of winning using the 6/58 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can select more than the usual six (6) numbers thus increasing your total number combinations.
- Choose the number of succeeding draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- See the 6/58 Lotto result right after the 9 PM scheduled draw to see if you won a prize.
Ultra Lotto 6/58 ticket costs PhP 20 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

6/58 Ultra Lotto System Plays – How to Improve the Odds of Winning the Jackpot
6/58 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the typical six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
The system plays available in 6/58 Lotto are System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
A total of seven (7) combinations are created in System 7 because a bettor who selects this option would need to select seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are created because the bettor will need to mark a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 58.
The overall number of combinations increases as the chosen numbers increase. The same rule applies for System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
In System 5R, the player will only need to pick five (5) numbers. The remaining (unselected) 53 numbers will be combined with the 5 selected numbers. This generates a total of 53 combinations.
Please remember that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the overall bet cost will be. The total cost of the ticket is PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations generated.

You win a prize by matching at least three (3) numbers of the winning 6/58 Ultralotto number combination. The more matching numbers, the higher the prizes you will receive.
If you match three (3) out of six (6), you get PhP 100. Four (4) out of six (6) wins you a fixed prize equal to PhP 2,000 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize equal to PhP 120,000.
Matching all the numbers wins you the jackpot prize worth at least PhP 49.50 Million.
You can increase your odds of winning by opting for a system bet. With this option, you can mark up to 12 numbers per column in the play card, thereby creating up to 924 combinations.
There are seven system plays in all. These are the System 5-Roll and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket price is PhP 20 multiplied by the overall number of created combinations.

System 8 is the Ultralotto system play that allows bettors to pick a total of eight (8) numbers instead of the typical six (6) numbers. This play type produces 28 combinations in all and costs PhP 560 (Php 20 x 28 combinations).

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency said it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
