- Go to any lotto outlet authorized by PCSO and grab the Ultra Lotto 6/58 bet card.
- Select your 6/58 number combination by marking six (6) out of numbers 1 to 58.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the computer to randomly pick the number combination for you.
- Improve your chances of hitting the jackpot through the 6/58 Lotto System Play.
- For multiple draws, choose the number of succeeding draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Pay the total ticket price to the teller and get your generated lotto ticket.
- Check the 6/58 Lotto result right after the 9 PM live draw to know if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Ultra Lotto 6/58 ticket costs PhP 20 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your Ultralotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your 6/58 Ultra Lotto ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.

During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 6/58 Lotto players to abide by the protocol below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be carried out at all outlets nationwide.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own ball pen to minimize the risk of catching the virus.
- Use the money tray to reduce contact.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Put away your used betting card and old tickets into the trash can.
Ultra Lotto System Bets – Increase your Odds of Winning
6/58 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the typical six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
The system plays available in 6/58 Lotto are System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
A total of seven (7) combinations are created in System 7 because a player who chooses this option would have to mark seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are produced because the bettor will need to select a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 58.
The total number of combinations increases as the selected numbers increase. The same rule applies for System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
In the case of System 5R, the bettor chooses five (5) numbers instead of six. These 5 numbers are automatically combined with the remaining fifty-three (53) numbers, creating 53 combinations in total.
Please note that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the overall bet cost will be. The overall ticket price is PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations generated.

If you got three (3) out of the six (6) winning numbers, you win PhP 100, four (4) out of six (6) wins you a prize equal to PhP 2,000 while five (5) out of six (6) wins you a fixed amount equal to PhP 120,000.
If you got all the six (6) winning numbers correctly, you win the jackpot prize of at least PhP 49.50 Million.
You can increase your chances of hitting the jackpot by choosing up to 12 numbers using a system bet. This type of bet produces a bigger number of combinations which ranges from 7 to 924 combinations.

How many combinations are there in System 12 for 6/58 Ultra Lotto?
System 12 is the Lotto 6/58 system play that lets bettors to select a total of twelve (12) numbers instead of the typical six (6) numbers. This play type produces 924 combinations in all and costs PhP 18,480 (Php 20 x 924 combinations).
To play System 12, simply select your preferred 12-number combination and then mark the number 12 in the SYS panel of the 6/58 Lotto playing card.
How much does a 6/58 Ultra Lotto ticket cost now?
A player can buy the Ultra Lotto ticket for 20 Pesos per number combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
How much does a Ultralotto System 5-Roll ticket cost?
System 5R (5-Roll) is the 6/58 Ultralotto system bet that lets the bettor to select only five (5) numbers instead of the regular 6 number combination.
To complete the combination, the system automatically combines each of the remaining 53 “unmarked” numbers in the play card to the five numbers you already chosen.
This creates a total of 53 combinations and ensures that you will get at least one (1) winning number in your combinations.
System 5R costs Php 1,060 (Php 20 x 53).
To play System 5-Roll, simply pick your preferred 5-number combination and then mark 5R in the SYS section of the 6/58 Lotto play card.
Is it possible to select more than 6 numbers in Ultra Lotto 6/58?
You can select more than 6 numbers by playing any of the system plays for Ultralotto 6/58. You can choose from System 7 (7 numbers), System 8 (8 numbers), System 9 (8 numbers), System 10 (10 numbers), System 11 (11 numbers) and System 12 (12 numbers).
You can also mark only 5 numbers using the System 5R. Please remember that the total number of combinations is considered when calculating the total ticket cost.
