The prize that each winner receives depend on the aggregate number of winners as well as gross sales. PCSO employs a prize structure for Ultra Lotto 6/58 based on this pari mutuel system.
Here is the Ultralotto 6/58 prize system:
- If you got six (6) numbers of the winning number combination in any order, you win the current jackpot for the Ultra Lotto 6/58 game. The top prize starts at PhP 49,500,000.
- In case you got five (5) numbers of the winning combination, you receive a fixed prize in the amount of PhP 120,000.

Before continuing, please note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play.
These are the complete instructions when playing 6/58 Ultra Lotto:
- Go to an authorized PCSO lotto outlet and get the Ultra Lotto 6/58 bet card.
- Pick a set of six (6) numbers from one (1) to fifty-eight (58) in each column of the betting card.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option allows the terminal to automatically generate the numbers for you.
- You can also improve your chances of winning through the 6/58 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can choose more than the usual six (6) numbers thus increasing your total number combinations.
- If you want to join multiple draws, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Give your play card and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
- Check the 6/58 Lotto result right after the 9 PM live draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.
Ultra Lotto 6/58 ticket costs PhP 20 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 6/58 Lotto ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Your 6/58 Ultra Lotto ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
How to Play: Select six numbers from 1 to 58 or play Lucky Pick (LP) for a randomly generated numbers. Each play cost 20.

- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be carried out at all PCSO lotto outlets nationwide.
- Observe social distancing when buying 6/58 Lotto tickets.
- Bring your own pen.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your betting card and payment.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the garbage cans provided to discard used bet slips and/or old lotto tickets.
6/58 Ultra Lotto System Plays – Learn How to Improve your Chances of Winning the Jackpot
6/58 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
If you want to try system bets, these are the options you can choose from- System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
A total of seven (7) combinations are produced in System 7 because a bettor who chooses this option would need to pick seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are generated because the bettor will need to select a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 58.
The total number of combinations increases as the selected numbers increase. The same rule applies for System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
In the case of System 5R, you only choose five (5) numbers and if your 5 numbers match the winning combination, you automatically win the jackpot. This is because in System 5-Roll, the 5 numbers you have selected are automatically partnered with each of the remaining 53 digits in the play slip, producing a total of 53 six-number combinations.
Please note that your overall bet cost will be much higher in system plays because of the higher number of combinations you will bet on. The total price of the ticket shall be PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations generated.

What are the ways to win in 6/58 Lotto?
In Ultralotto, you win a prize by matching at least three (3) out of the six (6) winning numbers. More matching number means bigger prizes for you.
If you got three (3) out of six (6), you receive PhP 100. Four (4) out of six (6) gives you a prize equal to PhP 2,000 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize worth PhP 120,000.
Matching all the numbers gives you the jackpot prize worth no less than PhP 49.5 Million.
You can increase your chances of winning the jackpot by picking up to 12 numbers using a system play. This type of bet generates a larger number of combinations which ranges from 7 to 924 combinations.
The system plays you can select from are the System 5-Roll and System 7 up to System 12.
The cost of tickets in system plays depend on the overall number of combinations created.

What is the schedule of Ultra Lotto 6/58 draws?
PCSO is holding Lotto 6/58 draws three times a week every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday at 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court in Mandaluyong City.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play Ultra Lotto 6/58?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the Ultra Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place because of the current COVID-19 pandemic.
How do I Play Ultra Lotto 6/58 System 9?
System 9 lets you to choose a nine (9) number combination instead of the usual combination composed of six (6) numbers. This type of Ultralotto 6/58 system bet produces a total of 84 combinations and costs PhP 1,680 (Php 20 x 84 combinations).
To play System 9, simply choose your preferred 9-number combination and then mark the number 9 in the SYS section of the 6/58 Lotto bet slip.
How much do I win if I match all the Ultra Lotto 6/58 winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win the jackpot if you match all the 6/58 Ultra Lotto winning numbers even if they are not in the same order as the offical 6/58 Lotto results.
You also win secondary prizes if you get 3, 4 or 5 winning numbers.
However, you do not win anything if you only got two (2) or one (1) winning number.
Can I cancel or refund the Ultra Lotto 6/58 ticket I already paid?

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the betting public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
