Before continuing, note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play.
To play PCSO’s Ultra Lotto game, follow these detailed steps:
- Go to the nearest PCSO-authorized lotto outlet and get a playing card with Ultra Lotto 6/58 logo.
- Choose six (6) digits that will compose your 6/58 Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 1 to 58.
- If you can’t think of any number, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically select the number combination for you.
- You can also improve your chances of winning using the 6/58 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can pick more than the usual six (6) numbers thus increasing your total number combinations.
- If you want to join multiple draws, mark the number of succeeding draws in the Draw panel.
- Give your playing card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, view the 6/58 Lotto result to see if you won the prize.
Each 6/58 Ultra Lotto number combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total bet amount would vary from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the overall number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Ultralotto System Bets – Improve your Odds of Winning
You can increase your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/58 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and creates numerous combinations of your chosen numbers.
These are the options available if you want to play system bets- System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
In System 7, a player chooses seven (7) numbers which produces a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the bettor marks a total of eight (8) numbers producing a total of 28 combinations.
In essence, more and more number combinations are produced as the marked numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system bets.
In the case of System 5R, the player will only need to select five (5) numbers. The remaining (unselected) 53 numbers will be matched with the 5 marked numbers. This produces a total of 53 six-number combinations.
Please remember that your overall ticket cost will be much higher in system bets because of the higher number of combinations you will place your bet on. The overall ticket price shall be PhP 20 times the number of combinations generated.

How do I Play Ultra Lotto 6/58 System 5-Roll?
System 5R (5-Roll) is the Ultralotto system play that allows the player to select only five (5) numbers instead of the default 6 number combination.
To complete the combination, the computer automatically pairs each of the remaining 53 “unselected” numbers in the play card to the five numbers you already selected.
This produces a total of 53 combinations and ensures that you will get at least one (1) winning number in your combinations.
System 5R costs Php 1,060 (Php 20 x 53).
To play System 5-Roll, simply pick your preferred 5-number combination and then mark 5R in the SYS section of the 6/58 Lotto play card.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the Ultra Lotto 6/58 bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific Ultra Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet card to the cashier.
