One Ultralotto 6/58 number combination costs PhP 20, inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

6/58 Ultralotto System Plays – Improve the Odds of Winning the Jackpot
You can increase your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/58 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and produces multiple combinations of your chosen numbers.
The system bets available in 6/58 Lotto are System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
A total of seven (7) combinations are created in System 7 because a bettor who chooses this option would need to select seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are generated because the bettor will need to select a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 58.
To sum up, more and more number combinations are generated as the picked numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system bets.
With regard to System 5-Roll, a bettor picks only five (5) numbers and—for the sixth number—pairs these off with each of the remaining fifty-three (53) numbers, producing a total of 53 combinations.

In Ultra Lotto 6/58, you win a prize by matching at least three (3) out of the six (6) numbers drawn. More matching number means higher prizes for you.
If you match three (3) out of the six (6) winning numbers, you get PhP 100, four (4) out of six (6) gives you a prize equal to PhP 2,000 while five (5) out of six (6) wins you a fixed prize equal to PhP 120,000.
If you got all the six (6) numbers correctly, you take home the jackpot prize of no less than PhP 49.50 Million.
You can boost your odds of winning by opting for a system play. With this option, you can choose up to 12 numbers per column in the play card, thus generating up to 924 combinations.
The system plays you can choose from are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.

How much does a Ultra Lotto System 12 ticket cost?
System 12 is the Ultra Lotto system play that lets bettors to choose a total of twelve (12) numbers instead of the default six (6) numbers. This play type creates 924 combinations in all and costs PhP 18,480 (Php 20 x 924 combinations).
To play System 12, simply choose your preferred 12-number combination and then mark the number 12 in the SYS column of the 6/58 Lotto play card.
How many combinations are there in System 8 for 6/58 Ultra Lotto?
System 8 is the Ultra Lotto system play that lets bettors to choose a total of eight (8) numbers instead of the default six (6) numbers. This play type produces 28 combinations in all and costs PhP 560 (Php 20 x 28 combinations).
To play System 8, simply pick your preferred 8-number combination and then mark the number 8 in the SYS panel of the 6/58 Lotto playing card.
