PCSO uses a prize structure for 6/58 Ultralotto based on ‘pari mutuel’ betting system. Parimutuel works by pooling all lottery bets in a certain draw, then dividing the pool by the total number of winners.
These are the different prizes for each range of the Ultralotto 6/58 payout table:
- Jackpot prize awaits those who will match six (6) out of the six (6) drawn winning numbers in any order. Jackpot prize begins at PhP 49,500,000.
- A second prize of PhP 120,000 awaits those who will get five (5) out of the six (6) drawn numbers.

Before you proceed, remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play.
To play the 6/58 Lotto game, follow these detailed steps:
- Go to the nearest PCSO-authorized lotto outlet and look for a bet slip with Ultra Lotto 6/58 logo.
- Choose a combination of six (6) numbers from one (1) to fifty-eight (58) in each column of the betting card.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option allows the system to randomly select the number combination for you.
- You can also choose up to twelve (12) numbers using the 6/58 Lotto System Play to raise your chances of hitting the jackpot.
- For multiple draws, mark the number of succeeding draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your playing card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is printed.
- Check the 6/58 Lotto result after the 9 PM live draw to verify if you got the winning combination.
6/58 Ultralotto ticket costs PhP 20 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the Ultra Lotto 6/58 ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Your Ultra Lotto 6/58 ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Six balls numbered from 1 to 58 will be drawn and you win the jackpot prize by matching all of the drawn numbers, in any order. If two or more persons win the jackpot, payment for each winner is determined by dividing equally the jackpot amount.You also win prizes if you match any 3, 4, or 5 numbers of the winning 6-number combination, in any order.

6/58 Ultra Lotto System Bets – Learn How to Improve the Chances of Winning the Jackpot
6/58 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the typical six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
The system bets available in 6/58 Lotto are System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
In System 7, a bettor picks seven (7) numbers which produces a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the player picks a total of eight (8) numbers producing a total of 28 combinations.
The total number of combinations increases as the selected numbers increase. The same rule applies for System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
In System 5R, you only pick five (5) numbers and if your 5 numbers match the winning combination, you automatically win the jackpot. This is because in System 5R, the 5 numbers you have chosen are automatically paired with each of the remaining 53 digits in the bet card, producing a total of 53 six-number combinations.
Please note that your overall bet cost will be much higher in system plays because of the higher number of combinations you will bet on. The total ticket cost shall be PhP 20 times the number of combinations produced.

How to win a prize in Lotto 6/58?
You win a prize in Ultra Lotto 6/58 by matching at least three (3) drawn numbers in any order. Bigger prizes awaits those who will get four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
If you got three (3) out of six (6), you take home PhP 100. Four (4) out of six (6) wins you a fixed amount equal to PhP 2,000 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize equal to PhP 120,000.
If you got all the winning numbers, you get the jackpot prize which begins at PhP 49.50 Million.
You can improve your odds of winning by opting for a system play. With this option, you can mark up to 12 numbers per column in the bet card, thereby creating up to 924 number combinations.
There are seven system plays in all. These are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket price shall be based on the overall number of produced combinations.

Am I allowed to pick more than 6 numbers in 6/58 Ultra Lotto?
You can select more than 6 numbers by playing any of the system bets for Ultralotto 6/58. You can choose from System 7 (7 numbers), System 8 (8 numbers), System 9 (8 numbers), System 10 (10 numbers), System 11 (11 numbers) and System 12 (12 numbers).
You can also select only 5 numbers using the System 5-Roll. Please remember that the total number of combinations is considered when calculating the total ticket cost.
For example, a System 7 play costs PhP 140 because it creates 7 combinations in all.
How much does a Ultralotto System 5-Roll ticket cost?
System 5R (5-Roll) is the Ultralotto system bet which lets you select only five (5) numbers instead of the usual 6 number combination.
To complete the combination, the computer automatically pairs each of the remaining 53 “unmarked” numbers in the betting card to the five numbers you already picked.
This creates a total of 53 combinations and guarantees that you will get at least one (1) winning number in your combinations.
System 5R costs Php 1,060 (Php 20 x 53).
To play System 5-Roll, just select your preferred 5-number combination and then mark 5R in the SYS section of the 6/58 Lotto play slip.
