PCSO employs pari mutel wagering system in calculating 6/58 Lotto prizes. This means that the actual amount that each winner shall get depends on the gross sales and number of winners on a certain prize rank.

- Pick six (6) digits that will compose your 6/58 Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 1 to 58.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option allows the computer to automatically select the numbers for you.
- Optionally mark one of the options under the 6/58 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can choose more than the regular six number combination.
- For multiple draws, mark the number of succeeding draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Give your play card and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
- See the 6/58 Lotto result right after the live draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Each Ultralotto 6/58 combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total bet amount would vary from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the overall number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your Ultralotto 6/58 ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.

6/58 Ultra Lotto System Plays – Increase your Odds of Winning the Jackpot
You can increase your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/58 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and generates several combinations of your chosen numbers.
In case you want to play system bets, these are the options you can choose from- System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
In System 7, a player selects seven (7) numbers which creates a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the player selects a total of eight (8) numbers creating a total of 28 combinations.
The more numbers selected, the higher the number of combinations produced. Same rule applies in System 9, System 10, System 11 and in System 12.
In System 5-Roll, a player picks only five (5) numbers and—for the sixth number—pairs these off with each of the remaining fifty-three (53) numbers, producing a total of 53 combinations.
Keep in mind that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the overall ticket cost will be. The total price of the ticket is PhP 20 times the number of combinations produced.

System 8 is the Ultralotto 6/58 system play that allows bettors to choose a total of eight (8) numbers instead of the regular six (6) numbers. This play type creates 28 combinations in all and costs PhP 560 (Php 20 x 28 combinations).

How do I Play Ultra Lotto 6/58 System 12?
System 12 is the Ultralotto system play that lets bettors to pick a total of twelve (12) numbers instead of the usual six (6) numbers. This play type generates 924 combinations in all and costs PhP 18,480 (Php 20 x 924 combinations).
