Before you proceed, please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play.
Here’s the detailed instructions for playing this popular million-peso game:
- Go to any lottery agent authorized by PCSO near you and get the Ultra Lotto 6/58 play card.
- Pick six (6) numbers that will comprise your 6/58 Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 1 to 58.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option instructs the system to automatically pick the number combination for you.
- Optionally choose one of the options in the 6/58 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can select more than the regular six number combination.
- For multiple draws, mark the number of consecutive draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Pay the total ticket price to the teller and get your printed lotto ticket.
- After the draw, check the 6/58 Lotto result to know if you won the prize.
Each Ultra Lotto number combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total play amount would vary from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the total number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 6/58 Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 6/58 Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.

You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/58 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and creates several combinations of your chosen numbers.
The available system plays in 6/58 Lotto are System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
A total of seven (7) combinations are created in System 7 because a bettor who selects this option would need to select seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are created because the bettor will need to select a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 58.
To sum it up, more and more number combinations are produced as the picked numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system bets.
In System 5R, you only pick five (5) numbers and if your 5 numbers match the winning combination, you automatically win the jackpot. This is because in System 5R, the 5 numbers you have chosen are automatically paired with each of the remaining 53 digits in the play slip, creating a total of 53 six-number combinations.
Remember that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the overall bet cost will be. The overall cost of the ticket is PhP 20 times the number of combinations generated.

In Ultralotto, you win a prize by getting at least three (3) out of the six (6) drawn numbers. More matching number means higher prizes for you.
If you got three (3) out of six (6), you win PhP 100. Four (4) out of six (6) gives you a fixed amount equal to PhP 2,000 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize worth PhP 120,000.
Matching all the winning numbers gives you the jackpot prize worth no less than PhP 49.50 Million.
You can increase your odds of getting the jackpot by selecting up to 12 numbers using a system play. This type of bet produces a larger number of combinations which ranges from 7 to 924 combinations.
The system plays you can select from are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.
The cost of tickets in system plays depend on the total number of combinations created.

How many Advance Draws can I play in Lotto 6/58?
You can play up to 5 draws in advance or a total of 6 draws including the current draw. To play in advance, just pick your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the bet card. Your 6/58 Ultralotto combination shall then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you picked.

System 9 allows you to select a nine (9) number combination instead of the typical combination comprised of six (6) numbers. This type of Ultra Lotto system bet produces a total of 84 combinations and costs PhP 1,680 (Php 20 x 84 combinations).
