- If your combination matches six (6) out of the six (6) drawn numbers in any order, you win the jackpot prize for the 6/58 Ultralotto game. Starting jackpot is PhP 49,500,000 but this amount grows higher every time no one wins the jackpot.
- A second prize of PhP 120,000 awaits those who will get five (5) out of the six (6) drawn winning numbers.

Before proceeding, keep in mind that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play.
These are the complete steps when playing Ultralotto 6/58:
- Go to the nearest PCSO-authorized lottery outlet and get a bet card with Ultra Lotto 6/58 logo.
- Choose six (6) numbers between 1 to 58. These digits will be your 6/58 Lotto combination.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to let the computer choose the numbers for you.
- Optionally choose one of the options under the 6/58 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can select more than the usual six number combination.
- If you want to join multiple draws, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- See the 6/58 Lotto result after the 9:00 pm live draw to know if you matched the winning combination.
Each Ultralotto combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total play amount would vary from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the overall number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the Ultra Lotto 6/58 ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your Ultra Lotto 6/58 ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
How to Play: Select six numbers from 1 to 58 or play Lucky Pick (LP) for a randomly generated numbers. Each play cost 20.

- Always wear your face mask. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to place 6/58 Lotto bets.

6/58 Ultralotto System Bets – Learn How to Improve the Chances of Winning
6/58 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the default six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
The available system bets in 6/58 Lotto are System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
A total of seven (7) combinations are produced in System 7 because a player who picks this option would need to select seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are created because the bettor will need to pick a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 58.
In short, more and more number combinations are created as the selected numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system plays.
In System 5R, a bettor picks only five (5) numbers and—for the sixth number—pairs these off with each of the remaining fifty-three (53) numbers, generating a total of 53 six-number combinations.
Note that your overall ticket cost will be much higher in system plays because of the higher number of combinations you will bet on. The overall ticket price shall be PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations produced.

How do I win a prize in 6/58 Ultra Lotto?
You win a prize by getting at least three (3) numbers of the drawn Ultralotto combination. The more matching numbers, the higher the prizes you will win.
If you match three (3) out of six (6), you win PhP 100. Four (4) out of six (6) wins you a prize equal to PhP 2,000 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize equal to PhP 120,000.
Getting all the winning numbers wins you the jackpot prize worth at least PhP 49.50 Million.
You can increase your chances of getting the jackpot by selecting up to 12 numbers using a system play. This type of bet generates a larger number of combinations which ranges from 7 to 924 combinations.
The system plays you can choose from are the System 5-Roll and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket price is PhP 20 multiplied by the overall number of created combinations.

Can I have my Ultra Lotto 6/58 ticket replaced after it was printed?
Ultralotto 6/58 tickets, once generated, can no longer be changed. Hence, bettors are advised to examine their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Players are responsible for checking the information printed on their tickets.
How many combinations are there in System 5R for 6/58 Ultra Lotto?
System 5R (5-Roll) is the 6/58 Ultra Lotto system bet that allows you select only five (5) numbers instead of the typical 6 number combination.
To complete the combination, the computer automatically combines each of the remaining 53 “unselected” numbers in the betting card to the five numbers you already marked.
This generates a total of 53 combinations and ensures that you will get at least one (1) winning number in your combinations.
System 5R costs Php 1,060 (Php 20 x 53).
To play System 5-Roll, simply choose your preferred 5-number combination and then mark 5R in the SYS column of the 6/58 Lotto betting card.
Does PCSO have lotto draws during holidays?
PCSO regularly suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are finished early in the day.
I bet on the wrong number combination in 6/58 Ultra Lotto by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund your 6/58 Lotto ticket after it is printed by the terminal. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the Ultralotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Hence, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you chose before you give the bet slip to the cashier.

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws starting August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– All major lotto ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 as required by the TRAIN Law.
