Before proceeding, please remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play.
These are the complete instructions when playing Ultralotto 6/58:
- Go to any authorized PCSO lottery outlet near you and look for the Ultra Lotto 6/58 bet card.
- Mark six (6) digits that will compose your 6/58 Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 1 to 58.
- If you can’t think of any number, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically choose the numbers for you.
- You can also raise your odds of winning through the 6/58 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can pick more than the usual six (6) numbers thus increasing your total number combinations.
- If you want to join multiple draws, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Give your play card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket after it is generated.
- Access the 6/58 Lotto result right after the 9pm scheduled draw to verify if you won a prize.
Each Ultra Lotto combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total play amount would range from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the overall number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 6/58 Ultra Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.

Ultra Lotto System Bets – Ways to Increase your Odds of Winning
You can increase your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/58 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and produces multiple combinations of your chosen numbers.
The available system bets in 6/58 Lotto are System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
With System 7, a player picks seven (7) numbers which produces a total of seven (7) combinations. In System 8, the bettor chooses eight (8) numbers, producing a total of 28 combinations.
In essence, more and more number combinations are generated as the choosen numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system bets.
In the case of System 5-Roll, you only select five (5) numbers and if your 5 numbers match the winning combination, you automatically win the jackpot. This is because in System 5R, the 5 numbers you have marked are automatically combined with each of the remaining 53 digits in the playing card, producing a total of 53 combinations.
Please note that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the total bet cost will be. The total cost of the ticket is PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations generated.

How can I win prizes in Ultra Lotto 6/58?
In Ultralotto, you win a prize by matching at least three (3) out of the six (6) winning numbers. More matching number means bigger prizes for you.
If you got three (3) out of six (6), you take home PhP 100. Four (4) out of six (6) wins you a prize equal to PhP 2,000 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize equal to PhP 120,000.
If you got all the six (6) winning numbers correctly, you win the jackpot prize of no less than PhP 49.5 Million.
Increase your chances of winning using a system play. This option allows you to choose up to 12 numbers instead of just 6, thereby producing a higher number of combinations.
You can select from seven available system plays. These are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket price shall be based on the total number of created combinations.
