- Pick six (6) numbers between 1 to 58. These digits will be your 6/58 Lotto combination.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the system choose the number combination for you.
- Optionally select one of the options under the 6/58 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can choose more than the regular six number combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of succeeding draws in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your play card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, access the 6/58 Lotto result to verify if you won the prize.
One 6/58 Ultra Lotto combination costs PhP 20, inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your Ultra Lotto 6/58 ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your Ultra Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
You can play the same number combination for 2 up to 6 consecutive draws by marking the preferred number of draws in the DRAW panel.You may also opt to play SYSTEM to have more chances of winning.
Important Health and Safety Rules to be Observed when Playing Lotto 6/58
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following rules in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to place 6/68 Lotto bets.
- Observe physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Bring your own pen.
- Put the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the garbage bins provided to put away used bet slips and/or old tickets.
Ultra Lotto System Bets – Learn How to Increase your Odds of Winning
6/58 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
The available system bets in 6/58 Lotto are System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
In System 7, a bettor selects seven (7) numbers which creates a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the bettor picks a total of eight (8) numbers producing a total of 28 combinations.
In essence, more and more number combinations are generated as the picked numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system plays.
In the case of System 5-Roll, you only need to select five (5) numbers instead of the usual six-number combination. The remaining unmarked numbers in the playing card (53 in all) will be paired with the 5 numbers you chose, thus generating 53 six-number combinations in total.
Please remember that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the total bet cost will be. The total ticket cost is PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations produced.

You win a prize in Ultra Lotto by matching at least three (3) drawn numbers in any order. Bigger prizes awaits those who will get four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
Getting three (3) of the winning number combination gives you PhP 100, four (4) matching numbers wins you a prize equal to PhP 2,000 while five (5) numbers gives you a fixed amount equal to PhP 120,000.
If you got all the six (6) numbers correctly, you win the jackpot prize of no less than PhP 49.50 Million.
You can increase your odds of hitting the jackpot by marking up to 12 numbers using a system play. This type of bet creates a higher number of combinations which ranges from 7 to 924 combinations.

How do I Play Ultra Lotto 6/58 System 9?
System 9 allows you to select a nine (9) number combination instead of the default combination composed of six (6) numbers. This type of Ultralotto system play creates a total of 84 combinations and costs PhP 1,680 (Php 20 x 84 combinations).
To play System 9, just pick your preferred 9-number combination and then mark the number 9 in the SYS section of the 6/58 Lotto play card.
How do I void an entry in the Lotto 6/58 play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific Ultra Lotto 6/58 entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the playing card to the teller.

You win the jackpot if you match all the 6/58 Lotto winning numbers even if they are not in the same order as the offical 6/58 Lotto results.
