PCSO uses a payout system for Ultralotto 6/58 based on ‘pari mutuel’ betting system. Parimutuel works by pooling all lottery bets in a given draw, then split the pool by the total number of winners.
Here is the updated prize range of the Lotto 6/58:
- If your number matches six (6) out of the six (6) winning numbers in any order, you take home the latest jackpot for the 6/58 Lotto game. Initial jackpot is PhP 49,500,000 but this amount grows higher every time nobody gets the jackpot.
- Getting five (5) out of the six (6) drawn numbers wins you a prize in the amount of PhP 120,000.
- Matching five (4) out of the six (6) numbers drawn gives you a prize of PhP 2,000.

- Select six (6) numbers that will comprise your 6/58 Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 1 to 58.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system choose the number combination for you.
- You can also mark up to twelve (12) numbers through the 6/58 Lotto System Play to increase your chances of hitting the jackpot.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of succeeding draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the teller and get your generated lotto ticket.
- After the draw, see the 6/58 Lotto result to see if you won the prize.
Each 6/58 Ultralotto combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total play amount would range from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the total number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 6/58 Ultra Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.

You can increase your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/58 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and produces several combinations of your chosen numbers.
The system bets available in 6/58 Lotto are System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
A total of seven (7) combinations are produced in System 7 because a bettor who marks this option would have to pick seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are produced because the player will have to select a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 58.
The total number of combinations increases as the picked numbers increase. The same rule applies for System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
With regard to System 5-Roll, the bettor will only need to select five (5) numbers. The remaining (unselected) 53 numbers will be combined with the 5 selected numbers. This produces a total of 53 combinations.

In 6/58 Lotto, you win a prize by matching at least three (3) out of the six (6) winning numbers. More matching number means higher prizes for you.
If you got three (3) out of six (6), you win PhP 100. Four (4) out of six (6) gives you a fixed amount equal to PhP 2,000 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize equal to PhP 120,000.
If you got all the winning numbers, you win the jackpot prize which starts at PhP 49.50 Million.
You can increase your chances of getting the jackpot by selecting up to 12 numbers using a system bet. This type of bet creates a bigger number of combinations which ranges from 7 to 924 combinations.
You can choose from seven available system plays. These are the System 5-Roll and System 7 up to System 12.
