PCSO uses pari mutel system in computing Ultra Lotto prizes. This means that the actual amount that each winner shall receive depends on the gross sales and number of winners on a certain prize rank.

- In case your combination matches six (6) out of the six (6) drawn numbers in any order, you win the jackpot for the 6/58 Ultra Lotto game. Starting jackpot is PhP 49,500,000 but this amount grows higher every time no one gets the jackpot.

Before proceeding, keep in mind that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play.

- Go to any PCSO-authorized lottery agent and get the Ultra Lotto 6/58 betting card.
- Select your 6/58 number combination by marking six (6) out of numbers 1 to 58.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer automatically generate the numbers for you.
- Optionally choose one of the options under the 6/58 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can select more than the regular six number combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Give your bet slip and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
- View the 6/58 Lotto result right after the scheduled draw to see if you won a prize.
Each 6/58 Ultralotto number combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total play amount would range from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the overall number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the Ultra Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Your Ultralotto ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.

You can increase your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/58 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and produces numerous combinations of your chosen numbers.
The available system bets in 6/58 Lotto are System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
In System 7, a bettor chooses seven (7) numbers which produces a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the player marks a total of eight (8) numbers generating a total of 28 combinations.

In Ultra Lotto 6/58, you win a prize by matching at least three (3) out of the six (6) numbers drawn. More matching number means bigger prizes for you.
Getting three (3) of the winning combination gives you PhP 100, four (4) matching numbers gives you a prize equal to PhP 2,000 while five (5) numbers gives you a fixed amount equal to PhP 120,000.
Matching all the numbers wins you the jackpot prize worth no less than PhP 49.50 Million.
You can increase your chances of winning by playing a system play. With this option, you can choose up to 12 numbers per column in the playing card, thus creating up to 924 combinations.
The system plays you can choose from are the System 5-Roll and System 7 up to System 12.
