- Go to any lotto agent authorized by PCSO and look for the Ultra Lotto 6/58 bet card.
- Choose six (6) numbers between 1 to 58. These digits will be your 6/58 Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option instructs the computer to randomly generate the number combination for you.
- You can also select up to twelve (12) numbers using the 6/58 Lotto System Play to improve your odds of winning the jackpot.
- For multiple draws, mark the number of consecutive draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Give your bet slip and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
- View the 6/58 Lotto result right after the 9:00 pm scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Each 6/58 Ultralotto combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total bet amount would range from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the overall number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 6/58 Ultra Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Your 6/58 Ultralotto ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Six balls numbered from 1 to 58 will be drawn and you win the jackpot prize by matching all of the drawn numbers, in any order. If two or more persons win the jackpot, payment for each winner is determined by dividing equally the jackpot amount.You also win prizes if you match any 3, 4, or 5 numbers of the winning 6-number combination, in any order.

6/58 Ultra Lotto System Bets – Learn How to Improve your Chances of Winning
You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/58 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and produces multiple combinations of your chosen numbers.
These are the choices available in case you want to play system bets- System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
In System 7, a player picks seven (7) numbers which produces a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the bettor chooses a total of eight (8) numbers creating a total of 28 combinations.
In essence, more and more number combinations are produced as the picked numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system bets.
With System 5-Roll, you only have to mark five (5) numbers instead of the usual six-number combination. The remaining unselected numbers in the bet card (53 in all) will be partnered with the 5 numbers you marked, thus producing 53 six-number combinations in all.
Note that your overall ticket cost will be much higher in system bets because of the higher number of combinations you will place your bet on. The overall ticket cost shall be PhP 20 times the number of combinations generated.

In Lotto 6/58, you win a prize by matching at least three (3) out of the six (6) winning numbers. More matching number means bigger prizes for you.
If you match three (3) out of the six (6) winning numbers, you receive PhP 100, four (4) out of six (6) wins you a prize equal to PhP 2,000 while five (5) out of six (6) wins you a fixed amount equal to PhP 120,000.
If you got all the six (6) numbers correctly, you take home the jackpot prize of at least PhP 49.50 Million.
You can increase your odds of getting the jackpot by selecting up to 12 numbers using a system bet. This type of bet generates a larger number of combinations which ranges from 7 to 924 combinations.
There are seven system plays in all. These are the System 5-Roll and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket price is PhP 20 multiplied by the total number of produced combinations.
